The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

This Deluxe Double Room, "Babuino Room" that faces the historical fountain "er Babuino", features ceiling with wooden beams, Free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, minibar and elettric kettle. The private bathroom's come with a hairdryer, a rain shower, sleepers, and free toiletries. We don't serve breakfast. We have four identical rooms of this type, no elevator.

We have been a family-run business since the distant 70s. Staying in our hotel there will be no problem exploring the city on foot as all the main attractions of the city, the shops, restaurants and the most famous places in Florence are all less than 10 minutes away on foot.
