We stayed 6 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the view. The outdoor kitchen works well and allows you to live on the terrace. Only A/C in the living room - but worked well enough to cool the whole house. At bit of a long and steep walk to the beach and city centre, but the view and the privacy compensated for that. There is a small super market on the street, but restaurants are a bit away.

I had a wonderful stay! Drazenka was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Her warm and welcoming attitude made us stay even more enjoyable. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and everything we needed was provided. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Very nice apartment both aesthetically but also concerning facilities. Marin was good at communicating and very helpful. Very nice experience.

Ariella has a beautiful apartment in Grado. Easy flat 10 minute walk into town with abundant restaurants and cafes. Huge balcony that offers afternoon sun. Plenty of free parking in the immediate vicinity. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone. Thomas and Ariella were great hosts.

ottima posizione, vicinissimo al castello di Trsat e al vicino quartiere ricco di ristoranti e locali dove bere qualcosa. ci si può arrivare a piedi in 15 minuti. È anche vicino al centro di Fiume, ma meglio muoversi in auto. Facile accesso all'isola di Krk. L'appartamento è molto carino e corrisponde alle foto. Ivana è molto gentile e flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

Uredan stan sa svim potrebnim sadržajima i prekrasnim velikim balkonom. Dolazak je bio jednostavan kao i komunikacija s vlasnikom :)

Unsere Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft in Kroatien war einfach unvergesslich! Das moderne Design und die herausragende Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Von praktischen Annehmlichkeiten wie einer Eiswürfelmaschine bis hin zu Insektenschutzgittern, die für einen entspannten Aufenthalt sorgten – alles war perfekt durchdacht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der hohe Komfort, der in jedem Detail spürbar war. Was uns zusätzlich begeistert hat, war die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Jede unserer Fragen wurde prompt beantwortet, was uns ein rundum sorgloses Gefühl gab. Alles funktionierte reibungslos, was in der heutigen Zeit wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist! Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die Terrasse. Dort konnten wir täglich die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer genießen – ein magischer Moment, den wir sicherlich lange in Erinnerung behalten werden. Boris ist ein zuvorkommender, freundlicher und unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Er lebt mit seiner Familie im hinteren Teil des Gebäudekomplexes, wovon man aber kaum etwas mitbekommt. Das Haus ist grandios und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2-3 Parteien, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Außenbereich. Die Lage lässt kaum Wünsche offen. In kürzester Zeit erreicht man das Meer und kann zwischen verschiedenen Buchten wählen oder auf eine gut ausgebauten Weg entlangspazieren. Die Strände sind weitgehend gepflegt, das Meer aufgrund einströmenden Grundwassers außergewöhnlich kühl. Vom Hauptstrand kann man ausgezeichnet angeln und viele verschiedene Fischarten mit guter Größe an die Leine bekommen. Das am Meer gelegene Snack-Restaurant "Me Gusta" hat gefühlt immer offen und bietet leckere Kleinigkeiten und Getränke zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind naheliegend und mit dem PKW schnell und einfach zu erreichen.

Hat alles gepasst. Paar Sachen sind noch nicht fertig (keine Vorhänge, teilweise keine Spiegel im Bad etc.) und das Pool war eher kleiner und ziemlich kalt. Trotzdem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und für 12 Leute war auch genügend Platz. Uns hat es gut gefallen!

We had a great stay at Appartment Olivera in Crikvenica. Before arriving i had to contact the host, Marko. He was very helpful and answered quick on my messages. When we arrived Marko’s mother met us, and did her best to make us have a great stay. She is so sweet and one day She came up to us with freshly bakes cake 🤩. We manage to communicate even though my german was a bit rusty 😉 If we needed more help, Marko replied quickly on the Airbnb - message. The place was very nice. We loved the big terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed, actually more than we expected. The beds were so good!! I am a bit picky when it comes to bed.. But these matresses were super 😊 We arrived when it was 38 degrees celcius outside. My husband hoped for an aircondition inside, especially when he was sleeping. The fan was enough for me, but i do understand that it can be a bit too hot inside without an AC. Thanks for a loveli time in Croatia.

Iris und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit einer Platte Essen empfangen. Außerdem war sie immer schnell erreichbar und konnte einem direkt helfen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Eine tolle ruhige Lage und ein sehr schönes Haus. Zur Abkühlung konnte man dann noch in den privaten Pool. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Vielen Dank! Unsere Erwartungen von den tollen Bildern und Bewertungen wurden noch deutlich übertroffen! Es hat alles vor Ort, was man sich nur wünschen kann und ist mit ruhiger Lage sehr schnell an vielen tollen Orten in der Umgebung. Unsere Kinder (9&5) haben die Ferien (und vor allem den kleinen Fussballplatz) genauso geliebt wie wir und wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.
