The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

Üç aile toplam 9 yetişkin ve bir köpeğimizle, güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdik, Adnan bey öncelikle çok ilgi ve alaka gösterdi, gerekli bilgilendirme ve yönlendirmeleri çok güzel iletti. Kendi evimizdeki kadar çok rahat bir kiralama yaşadık, özellikle bizim gibi kalabalık organizasyon düşüncesi için imkanları ile yeterli olanaklarla karşılaştık. Bizim kiralama dönemi kasım ayında olması nedeni ile ısıtma konusunda endişelerimiz ilk giriş itibari ile daha önce kullanımı olmadığından olsa gerek biraz korkutsa da ilerleyen saatlerde odalardaki ek ısıtıcılar ve soba ile seyahat planımız sonuna kadar ısıtma konusunda hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Bahçe mangal ve özellikle köpeğimiz için bulunmaz bir fırsat oldu. Tüm samimiyetimle güzel bir arkadaşlık ortamında birlikte olabileceğimiz bir beklenti için sonucunda tüm katılımcılar memnuniyetle ve mutlu şekilde ayrıldık mekandan Sevgilerimle

Premièrement, Bedirhan nous a fait un accueil impeccable: il nous a offert le transport de l’aéroport à l’Airbnb et vice-versa, il nous a fait des recommandations pour les restaurants aux alentours, nous a aider à transporter nos valises jusqu’au Airbnb qui se retrouve au quatrième étage. Bref, il était vraiment soucieux de nous offrir les meilleurs services pour nous rendre le séjour inoubliable. Le Airbnb offre une vue imprenable du Bosphore avec une belle petite terrasse. Et sa position géographique fait en sorte que c’est un incontournable!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung mit dem grandiosen Blick auf den Bosporus und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind großartig! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch in Istanbul!

Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick . Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause . Auch Frau Funda war immer hilfsbereit super freundlich und immer schnell aktiv sobald man sie kontaktiert hat. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Touch . Schön hell sehr sauber . Perfekter Ort wenn man in Istanbul verbleiben möchte.

Harika bir yer ve konsepte sahipti

Evin konumu ve manzarası muazzam gerçekten. Ev çok temiz ve özenliydi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Her hangi bir sorununuzda 5 dk içerisinde çözüm sağlıyor. Bahçede ateş yakabilirsiniz. 4 arkadaş gelip rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz. Yazın çok daha keyifli olacağına eminim. Gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz. Çok memnun kaldık.

شكراً على كل شي قدمته لنا من مساعدة واحترام شكرا على المكان الحلو الهادي المكان امن ١٠٠% الأشخاص الموجودين حيل محترمين ويحاولون يساعدونك كثير حتى بشرح الأماكن صاحب المكان متواصل معنا ٢٤ ساعة ويسال باستمرار لو ناقص شي وخدوم صور الشقة مطابقة الموقع ١٠٠٪؜ عند وصولي لهم عرضو علي جميع الشقق الموجودة واخترت من دون اي زيادة مبلغ الشقة موجود فيها كل شي من أدوات طبخ واستحمام لي عودة عندكم إن شاء الله ❤️🌹

Kısa süreli konaklama imkanımız oldu . Kendinizi evinizde hissedeceğiniz, huzurlu, kaliteli muhit , son derece güvenli ve yardımsever ev sahibi Fatih bey ile . Bir sonraki iş gezimiz için ilk tercihimiz olacaktır.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious and felt like home and the staff were friendly. There are super markets and some good restaurants and cafes near by. Highly recommend for long stay.

Great host, place was perfect as a tourist from UK he was great in supporting with the apartment and local area.

I stayed for 15 days at Mubarek's room .it was great place to stay in, there's a lot to do in surrounding area. 15 minutes walk to Grand bazaar, Sultan Ahmet mosque, and Aya Sofia. 3 minutes walk to the sirkeci station,and the tram is behind us. thank you to the staff in Mubarek's place to help us ,specially Safat ,he helped us a lot ,and gave us his transportation card to use it when we're there . whenever I will go to Istanbul, I will plan to stay there. I recommended this place to anyone who love to stay in a quiet place with a wonderful area.

Evin konumu güzel. İstiklal Caddesi’ne çok yakın. Yalnız yollar biraz yokuşlu. Ev çok güzel, eski bir bina. Fakat hemen okulun yanında olduğu için sesli oluyor. Sabah uyumayı tercih edenler için iyi olmayabilir. Genel anlamda temizdi, fakat ara sıra odaya yoğun bir sigara kokusu geliyordu. Zevkli döşenmiş, küçük ama kullanışlı bir evdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Bu güzel ada evinde konaklamam harika geçti. Bu kiralamayı harika bir ekip yönetiyor ve bir sorum oldugunda 7/24 hızlıca cevaplıyorlardı🙏🏻 manzara çok güzeldi. Her gün adada yürüyüş yaptım ve diğer adalara da ulaşım kolaydı. Huzur dolu bir 4 gün geçirdim. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi evde yemek pişirebildim. Ev zaten iskeleye çok yakın. Market manav hepsi evin yakınında. Daha önceki yorumlarda bahsedilen banyodaki koku olayı çözülmemişti ama kapıyı kapalı tutup sürekli havalandırdığımda evin içini etkilemedi. Banyodayken rahatsız ediyordu ama zamanla alışıyorsunuz 😂:) ev sahiplerinin sorunu çözmek için uğraştığını duydum ama eski evlerde olabilir böyle sorunlar. Adada kalmak isteyenlere evi tavsiye ederim. Burgazadanın sakinliği herkese iyi gelecektir 🙏🏻

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. Das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht, sehr ruhig und der Ausblick vom Zimmer und der Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die direkte Umgebung ist schön und entspannt. Nette Cafés und Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehenswürdigkeiten, und kleinere Straßen mit Läden sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!
