Entspanne dich in den sonnigen Rebhängen des Onsernonetals. Unterhalb von Loco liegt das Rifugio Bastonega mit dem Casa di Sabbione, ein Winzer- und sanfter Landwirtschaftsbetrieb am steilen Hang. Biodiverstität und ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit der Natur liegen uns am Herzen. Das Haus bietet gut Platz für 4 Gäste in zwei Schlafzimmern. Zwei weitere Einzelbetten in einem Dachraum erweitern die Schlafmöglichkeiten auf 6 Personen. Das Casa del Bosco kann dazugemietet werden- Herzlich Willkommen!

Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Nur zu Fuss erreichbar in ca. 1 Std. ab Privatstrasse (Jeton CHF 20.- pro Einfahrt, Parkplatz inklusive) oder 2,5 Std. ab Bahnhof Intragna. - Trinkwasser & Toilette im Freien (Plastikfass ohne Wasserspühlung). - Kein Strom aber Handyempfang ok - Holz zum Kochen im Wald sammeln und für Nachfolger bereit stellen. - Der Einfachheit entsprechend ist das Haus durch die Gäste selbst zu reinigen !👌

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. This cosy apartment on the bottom floor of a vacation house containing 3 apartments is a great place to get away from it all. The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

La casa si trova nel nucleo storico, in zona soleggiata, l'appartamento è al primo piano e dispone di una terrazza con vista sul paese. Il parcheggio è gratuito, la stazione ferroviaria si trova a 3 minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze vi sono servizi quali, negozi di alimentari, panetteria, ristoranti e grotti, parrucchiere e farmacia.
