Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

The Fishing House is the perfect home base to enjoy relaxing, fishing, wakeboarding, swimming and boating on the Delta. This Island getaway is designed to show you the lazy river lifestyle, opposite of the hustle and bustle of every day life. Views of Mt Diablo, bird and marine life galore plus lots of local bars on the water. Fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath open plan home is perfect for a family or small group of friends! Please note: there are stairs to get to main entry. Relax and enjoy!!

Koket Riverfront Resort - Waterfront Love Shack

Ko-Ket's Charming Waterfront Love Shack is located on the banks of the Sacramento River. It's recently remodeled interior has a studio style layout with a microwave, refrigerator and private bathroom (no stove top or oven in the cottage). The exterior boasts a large waterfront deck with a dining table for 8, a dining counter with a unique “awning” window allowing access into the kitchen area, 6 barstools, lighting, a large gas grill, and a magnificent view of the Delta's Sunrises and Sunsets.

I am a retired RN and a constant gardener. My husband works from home. We are easy going and are available when needed via text or in person.

Waterfront home - fish, kayak, swim - 1hr from SF

Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

The Delta area is a great escape from the city and provides many back roads and beautiful scenery in all seasons
