We had a lovely weekend stay at Simon's gorgeous house. He was extremely accommodating (especially because we were a hen group, albeit not a rowdy one!) and gave clear instructions about check in. The house is really well appointed with everything you could need, and beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Simon let us check in an hour earlier and I also appreciated the midday Sunday check out time.

Absolutely wonderful house to stay in. My children who are 9 and 11 had a wonderful stay in Canterbury, especially as the home was central to so many activities, shops, restaurants, the cinema, a great indoor arcade area, and so much more. The parks were beautiful, the home was warm with everything we needed. Fantastic will stay again

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We primarily chose Slip Cottage for its location and private parking, as we know parking in Whitstable can be difficult. The cottage was just minutes from the sea front and surrounded by nice Independent shops and galleries. There were so many places to eat that we only used the very well equipped kitchen to make cups of coffee! The location is down a private lane, not a through road so very quiet. The neighbours were very friendly. Although only a double, the main bed had a really good mattress and was very comfortable. All the furnishings were good quality, with twin beds in the second bedroom. With two full bathrooms there was a choice of shower or bath, plus a downstairs loo as well! Stephen was a great host offering lots of advice about favourite places to eat. He also kindly texted once the cottage was ready so that we could go in earlier than the published arrival time. All in all a great find which we would happily return to.

Lovely house which was a great base for exploring Folkestone. The location is on a bit of a hill, which was fine for us, but perhaps slightly less so for folk with mobility needs who want to walk to/from the seafront or town. We had everything we needed for a lovely weekend, communication with Wendy and check in were easy and efficient. We’d recommend Anna’s place as a great choice to stay. Thanks so much

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

Pristinely clean bungalow right next to the seafront. Fully accessible for those who need it, with wider walkways and doorways for wheelchair users. Little garden out the back for the dog, and space for two cars on the front drive. A stone’s throw from the promenade and beach, this place is a must for well behaved dog owners. Fiona was a great host, friendly and responsive, and the bungalow has been set up so it’s super easy to get in and use the facilities.

Ideal location to explore Whitstable as a newcomer or as someone returning for the 10th+ time. The place is very central, ideal for two couples (in our case). Has all the basics covered. Good showers etc. Instructions were fine. Access is easy. Nothing to dislike at all. We'd happily come again. Note: There is a pub opposite which can be a little loud during pub hours, but you're probably out then anyway!!

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

Great lodge, small and beautiful. Garden was massive and things to do for children. Warm inside and beds was very comfortable, such a lovely relaxing lodge. Host was amazing was available to communicate and was happy for me to have my hen ladies there. Only 1 annoying part was the dirt road leading up too gate. As u wouldnt realise to go up it.. easy to miss. BUT still 10/10.. cant wait to go back for a nice night away.

Our stay was very comfortable and nice . Martin was very responsive . We had no difficulties during our stay . The bungalow was neat and clean . The morning view from our stay was lovely . The beach is just 5 mins drive which added a pleasant experience to our stay . Will definitely recommend to our friends going ahead .

For my first holiday away with my 2 beautiful children I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The cottage is beautiful, the gardens and surrounding grounds are stunning, simply a lovely place to be. We spent a lot of time in the cottage and use if the new fire pit in the evenings as it was so peaceful and relaxing. 2 main attractions for us were Pooh Corner with Ashdown Forrest for all your Winnie the Pooh adventures, and Hever Castle which is a lovely day out. Tennis courts and a lovely pool to boot ❤️❤️❤️ Caroline left some beautiful touches, some Easter treats for my children and a host of food and fresh juice, lovely 😍❤️

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

We had the loveliest time! The photos barely do The Pool Shed justice, its spectacularly located with a view of the downs and the shed itself is luxurious. All the ammenities, shower, bed, kitchen, and pool are fantastic and the whole places will make you feel at home, if your home happens to be a five star hotel! Great location as a base for lovely walks, plenty of nearby pubs. We also loved having the company of the wonderful dogs! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

Nina was a wonderful host, and the cabin is cosy and gorgeous. The garden is completely private and enclosed - perfect for dogs. There was nowhere for the dog to escape. Great to be able to light a fire, felt like posh, warm glamping. Great facilities, including a gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Property is ideally situated and very close walking distance to town centre. Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The information sheet provided all working details for the property amenities and some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Peaceful and relaxing. We loved our stay here. Having breakfast on the decking, taking in wonderful views each morning was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

Caroline is an excellent host. So friendly and welcoming. The cottage is fantastic. Had everything you need for a few nights stay. Perfectly kitted out with all the essentials and touches of luxury. Mavis (my dog) loved it just as much as me. We will definitely be back!

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was in a great place to walk into Deal and enjoy the beach and the hot tub was a great addition. The annexe was so clean and modern and very well equipped and private. Would highly recommend Nicola's place in all aspects. Would love to return.
