Absolutely loved our stay at the cabin, such a peaceful and beautiful location. The cabin was perfect! Clean, cosy and well equipped for a short stay. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We will definitely return again in the future!

We had a wonderful week at White Cottage, luxuriating in the peace and beautiful setting. There are walks from the door, nature in abundance and a fascinating ancient church close by. The Golden Road route starts within a mile or so of the cottage and an abundance of beautiful beaches and good eateries are a short drive away. The cottage is homely, cosy and well equipped. Loads of local information is provided and the host was most helpful and friendly, both ahead of our trip and during our stay. Advance information was especially helpful.

Sur notre road trip, une halte dans un logement atypique offrant une magnifique vue avec coucher du soleil. Le pod est propre et adapté pour un couple. Nous avons mangé dans la salle commune spacieuse et très fonctionnelle avec tout à disposition. Une belle expérience pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement pour les aventuriers des routes.

Ubytování doporučujeme, odpovídalo popisu, dalo se dobře najít, flexibilní proces převzetí klíčů. Milé bylo napsané jméno na tabulce u parkovacího místa u Wigwamu. Před ubytováním je také posezení s krásným výhledem na moře. Hostitelka reagovala rychle a byla milá a vstřícná.

Just amazing! The pod is situated on top of a hill, which gives an amazing view. It is very peaceful and the only sound you hear is from some sheep and birds. The pods are well built and have everything you need. There are also a lot of beautifull hikes nearby. We had a great stay there.

When we booked Otter’s Cabin we were looking for somewhere to relax and have some time to unwind and Otter’s Cabin gave us just that. The cabin itself is rustic and unique but this is exactly what we were looking for. The floating bridge was an adventure with 2 dogs before our day began but they got used to it quickly and by the time we left they were crossing it like pros. The views were outstanding and the seal visitors were a delight to watch. I would highly recommend Otter’s Cabin for anyone looking for a little piece of Scotland to relax in peace and tranquility.

Alexandrina was the kindest host we had during our trip. She was caring and also always on top of everything we needed. As she mentioned in the listing, the way down to her place is steep, but we had a fairly big car and made it easily down there. The place is small but well designed, and having a sunset on the ocean every evening while you sit by the fire was exceptional. Would recommend to anyone.

Was on the Isle of Lewis for 2 days and used this as our base. It was perfectly situated near Stornoway. The cabin was warm, clean and felt very homely! It was lovely to open to the fridge to some fresh milk, bread, butter and jam, as well as a coffee machine with pods! There is also fresh eggs outside that you can purchase. If you are on the Isle of Lewis and want a relaxing comfy base then look no further! 5* - will defo be booking again

We had a lovely stay. The location was great. Walkable to Kilt Rock and Staffin Dinosaur Museum and only 15 min drive to the Quairing. Great for getting ahead of the crowds. It was a great base for exploring the North end of the peninsula. Bathroom has the cutest tiny sink, but it really is tiny! Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Wir verbrachten während unseres Trips von Oban über die Äusseren Hebriden (Barra, Uist, Lewis and Harris) nach Edinburgh drei Nächte in den Lochview Pods. Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Gastgeberin freundlich und man hatte von den Pods her schöne Seesicht. Aufgrund der Küstennähe war während der Nacht die Umgebung etwas windig, was man in den Pods gut hören konnte. Wenn man sich Campen gewohnt ist, sollte dies jedoch nicht den Schlaf beeinträchtigen.

An absolutely beautiful airbnb- the best we’ve ever stayed in. Peaceful, great views, lovely area with a small general store and really nice cafe. It’s worth doing a bigger shop before heading to the area. The cabin was spotless, and had everything we needed- couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will absolutely be back in the future.

We had a lovely few nights in the caravan. Myself and my husband and our 5 year old and 3 year old. It is in a beautiful location and so handy for exploring Gairloch and the surrounding area. We loved having the sweetest pigs as our neighbours and even saw a stag nearby too. The caravan is so well equipped for cooking and even baking. It's obvious that alot of thought has gone into providing what people need. We loved the cozy touches of blankets and hot water bottles provided. Thank you. We felt very welcome but also like we had our own space which was great! The communication was fantastic too. We especially enjoyed being in walking distance of the most beautiful beach in the world!

I loved every minute of my stay at An T-Iasgair Pod. From the cup of coffee in the morning with an ocean view and sheep in front of the window to meeting a wee little lamb to getting to know the history of the croft. Sandra and Kenneth are extremely nice and welcoming people and I felt very well taken care of. It’s beautiful to see their love for their land and sheep. I’m hoping to come back soon :)

We had a wonderful stay at Stefans lovely wooden yurt! The accommodation was really lovely with everything we needed. We particularly loved sitting in the great armchairs with the woodburner going, enjoying the amazing view and had to drag ourselves away when it was time to leave! Stefan was a great host and very happy to help us (novices!) get the woodburner going! Unique accommodation, in a gorgeous location-would definitely recommend!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Skye ist eine sehr schöne Insel und die Unterkunft ist so gelegen, dass gegen Abend nur ganz wenige Personen vorbeifahren :) die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Our first stay at Herons View Pod was truly magical. The views were breathtaking, the pod was cozy and beautifully designed, and every moment felt peaceful and special. Thank you for such a memorable experience—we can't wait to return!

Lovely relaxing pod with a great view. Host always available for any assistance if required. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is catered for. We loved our stay!

Le logement d’Emma pourrait être appelé, le petit havre de paix. La mer, les moutons, le calme, une vue apaisante. Nous avons séjourner 3 jours dans ce petit paradis et chaque soir après nos randonnées nous étions pressé de rentrer afin de retrouver ce petit cocon. Nous avons été reçu avec des petites attentions et de merveilleux cookies (une pure merveille). Emma est une super hôte avec qui l’échange est facile et très agréable. Je ne pourrais que recommander ce logement à deux pas (10 et 15min) de deux superbes randonnées, Hall man of stor et Quiraing. Ce fut un plaisir de visiter cette merveilleuse île dans ce parfait logement. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermées !

We couldn't have loved our stay here any more than we did - the location is SO beautiful and feels private to sit by the water and have a fire at nighttime. The interior of the Bothy was lovely and well furnished - the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware and the bathroom was unexpectedly really spacious. We received a great list of info and recommendations before arriving and Donald couldnt have been more helpful. We honestly couldn't recommend staying here any more and hope to be able to come back to Lewis to stay here again!

We’re currently travelling around Scotland for two weeks and Normas pod has been our favourite place to stay so far. The pod space has been utilised so well! It’s cosy, extremely well equipped beyond other locations we’ve seen, the location is wonderful and Norma was lovely! It really felt like everything had been thought of for the guests experience. We would definitely return again.
