we had a great time location was perfect, nice and clean, close to everything, things to keep in mind on site has spa and swimming pool that closes at 1800 so if you are like us going out and exploring you will not have time to use it but if you going away for steady and relaxed weekend i think its a great bonus 👍👍👍

We had a fantastic stay at Coedfa House! Our group included five adults, a toddler, and three dogs, and the house suited us perfectly. The property is absolutely stunning—from the beautifully maintained gardens to the elegant and thoughtfully chosen furnishings. The photos truly don’t do it justice. It’s clear that Beth has poured a great deal of care and attention into creating a luxurious and welcoming space. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with comfortable beds and all the essentials you could possibly need. A special highlight for us was the selection of toys available for our three-year-old, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected bonus. Access to the swimming pool and gym at The Waterloo Hotel was another fantastic perk. The location is ideal, tucked away up a quiet hill for peace and privacy, yet just a 15-minute walk from the town centre. The town offers a variety of restaurants and Swallow Falls is also just a 10-minute away. We would recommend staying!

Lovely Caravan, clean and warm on arrival with some welcome treats too. Whole site is very nice and has something for everyone (lake, woodland walk, playground, etc.) Site facilities were a lovely added bonus, especially the SPA. Easy to get to and well positioned for easy access to all that Snowdonia offers. Friendly comms throughout booking, hassle free stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

Amazing place for us and the kids and our dog. The pictures don’t do it justice as it’s even better in person. So welcoming to us and the kids showing the animals and how to feed them and what they are. Telling us about local places to go. Definitely going back 100%. I recommend this to anyone and everyone

Beautiful location and easy to fit a family of 4 in the caravan. John was very accommodating and offered to move a single bed out on order to make room for our baby's cot. All kitchen appliances and equipment available. Easy short walks from the site available, including great views and sunsets.

Wow, an amazing Airbnb house with awesome Airbnb hosts too! The house is absolutely beautiful, good size rooms, a Large dining table, perfect size living room for big groups (we were 13 adults) and a great games room. The house is walking distance to a good selection of shops. We all Throughly enjoyed the house- thank you! The hosts gave good tips on our Snowdonia trek, local take away places and quick responses on other questions we had - thank you so much :)

We had such a lovely stay here, some of the most peaceful days we’ve had in a long time! Being able to see the sea from the kitchen table and sofas was fantastic. The loft itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - tea, coffee, washing machine, dishwasher, Bluetooth speaker, and such a comfortable bed- all the home amenities. The location was perfect for us, right by the sea, pier, and the main town of Beaumaris where we explored the shops, castle, and gaol (we loved beau’s tea room). The hosts were really accommodating and communicative - making lots of lovely recommendations and worked hard to get a slightly earlier check in for us. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit!
