This was the perfect snowy getaway we were looking for! The space was even larger then expected, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The views right on the lake were idyllic and we would definitely return here in the summer to take advantage of the water more! The hosts were welcoming and responsive while the space still felt private. Overall this was a peaceful weekend and we would recommend this spot for others to enjoy as well.

Tanner was the ultimate host. His property was pristine and worked out great for two couples. He had labeled all the cabinets in the kitchen so that it was easy to find whatever you were looking for! The lockable outside shed for our bikes was a huge plus. The stairs to the 2nd floor apt were a bit steeper than normal but were still easy to navigate. The living room had multiple seating options. Beds were very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water and ample towels were available. Would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning!

Arrived a little later than expected as we had a 6 hour ride. His wife met us at check in to hand off the keys and explain the parking. Park pass lot was right across the street and always had a spot available. The space was perfect. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. We came to town for a youth hockey tournament so the kitchen was much appreciated after the games. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Olympic Center and right in the middle of all the shops! Bonus that Starbucks is right across the street! We will be back!

Our short stay was great! Apartment was clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming. Even small fold down sofa in living room was comfortable with topper on it, according to teen kid. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and well laid out. Everything working. Nice touches. I was super conscious that we were 5 people in an apartment above a home with a young family and, as we came back late from the Flynn, was mindful of squeaky stairs and floors above as our group walked around. I chose for its walkability to Church Street although the weather necessitated using a car. Street parking was easy and free. I would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend! Location was perfect walking distance to downtown Plattsburgh. Very clean space, just as advertised, and great communication. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cheri offers to customize furniture in the space based on guest's needs, offers fresh bed sheets on regular basis, and has zero steps required for checkout. It's clear she prioritizes the overall experience for the guest and actually cares about being a good host.

Great location, very walkable with quick access to the lake, coffee, breweries, shops, and downtown. Deb and John were very kind and welcoming. 10/10.

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

beautiful place right on the river! Lake Champlain and the ferry are a 5-10 minute drive, and you are able to bring your pup with!

We so enjoyed our stay at The Boathouse! It is a beautiful property, so serene and a real place to escape from busy life! The view to Lake Champlain is amazing, with beautiful views of the mountains in the distance. Beach / water access couldn't be beat. The interior of the home is lovely and well decorated, very comfortable and stunning architecture. Even though this home is pretty remote, the internet proved to be strong. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, burning fires in the fire pit, and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. Hosts were great and provided very detailed information about the home!

A fantastic stay in a beautiful, very charming home. Equipped with all you can wish for, we have had a wonderful time as a family. Clear instructions, easy to find, well maintained. Friendly neighbourhood. The icing on the cake is the easy to operate Italian espresso machine.

We were 2 couples visiting children at UVM. The house was close enough to campus to go back and forth easily. The large kitchen and dining room meant we could cook big family dinners and sit around the table together - something we miss while they're at school. The rooms were large and clean with ample drawers and closet space and 8 of us easily slept there the night the kids stayed over. Bathrooms were great as well. We brought rackets and were able to use the public tennis courts right up the road. If the weather were nicer I'm sure we could have grilled and taken advantage of the huge back yard. There were 2 spots in the large, clean garage and plenty of driveway parking. All in all it was a much more affordable, versatile place to stay than downtown hotels.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s house very much. There were 6 of us; my family and my brother’s. The house was very cozy with an open kitchen and living room space with high ceilings. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and many things we didn’t expect like breakfast foods, coffee, etc. The two bathrooms were both spotless and had lots of nice soft towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice and new and the property is private and nicely maintained. A few of us also enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake directly across the street. We were attending a family reunion at a house on the same street so the location was extremely convenient. We liked this house so much we would like to book again for our future reunions.

Great communication, flexibility, and responsiveness. Had a small plumbing issue and was resolved within an hour. The house was as described.

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

We had a great stay here. The check in and out times were flexible which really maximized the time we had on our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better, town is just a few minute walk away! The amenities were also great, my family and I enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Overall great rental and could recommend.

Angela was incredibly helpful. She provided quick responses and the property was exactly what it was listed as there were no surprises and everything was beautifully kept.

Our friend group was looking for a place to stay close to the whiteface mountain and we got super lucky to find Jo’s house! Beautiful house, stylish & super cozy - we felt like at home right away! All this in addition to beautiful surroundings made our trip an unforgettable experience! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and a common bathroom on the first floor which was amazing for a group of 6 people. Showers deserve an additional mention - it was definitely a calming and relaxing experience! Jo is an amazing host. Communication was great, we were given a lot of recommendations about local “must-visit” places. The host is super responsive, kind and understanding! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience at Jo’s place and hopefully we can go there again in the future! we highly recommend it!!

What an amazing spot! Fantastic view of the bay, 10-15 min drive to downtown, perfect location. Our unit was very clean, updated, had all listed amenities, and felt very comfortable. Easy to access, and had no issues communicating with our host. Burlington is a super cute town, with good food, cool art, great views of Lake Champlain, and beautiful Mountains nearby for winter sports. We got to visit Stowe Mt., took a ride on the Gondola Skyride, and go snowmobiling at Snowmobile Vermont! Less than an hour drive away from this Colchester unit. Highly recommend this place!

Brooke’s place was great! We had a great time. Easy to communicate, very fast response from her. The place was beautiful with nice mountain views. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay. The place was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The views were amazing there are so many windows! It’s winter so we did not get to use the outside space much but it looks like it would be amazing in the warmer months too. The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower pressure was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Burlington area. It was close enough for restaurants and far enough from Burlington for privacy.
