Pier House

Pier House is beautifully located with stunning views. A huge lounge with Juliette balcony. The house is presented over 2 floors with the living room on the upper floor to maximise the exceptional vista. The house has all modern facilities and comes well equipped and presented. There are 4 bedrooms, a main bathroom, a separate wc and the master bedroom is complete with its own en-suite and shower. The property is on the edge of the beach and next to the pier, utterly perfectly located.

The Black House, Islay

The Black House is a unique property situated between Bruichladdich and Port Charlotte on the island of Islay. We use the house for High School to save commuting from Jura every day so don’t expect a pristine holiday let but rather a loved family space. There are 2 double beds and 2 bunk bedrooms (if you’re a party of single adults then 4 is the maximum number). Views are stunning and Islay’s great for whisky, wildlife or just rest and relaxation. Gartartan is spacious with efficient underfloor heating and insulation. The open-plan living area has an abundance of light, wooden flooring throughout and a modern wood-burning stove. Portbahn was our family home before moving to Jura, and we hope you'll find it as welcoming as we did. This modern waterfront house sits right on Islay's scenic coastal route with stunning loch views. Sleeps 8 across 3 ground-floor bedrooms—perfect for families. The Wee House

The Wee House is a one bedroom seafront cottage looking onto Port Ellen. Sleeping up to 4 guests with a sofa bed (full size double) in the living room. Listing price is for 2 guests sharing the bedroom. If the sofa bed is required for bookings of 2 guests please let us know as there is an extra charge (£10 per night). The cottage is within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants and near to the distillery path taking you to Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg.

Snowdrop, amazing retreat with wood fired hot tub.

Snowdrop cabin is set in a spruce plantation which is a 25min walk to Port Ellen. Snowdrop cabins interior is modern yet comfortable, whilst nestling into its calm and tranquil surroundings. Snowdrop is made up of a sleeping Mezzanine, kitchen area, an everhot stove/oven ,and a modern bathroom. moving outdoors there is a gas BBQ, a wood fired hot tub and an outdoor decked area perfect for enjoying the view with a dram, Slainte. A very nicely converted traditional stone building which was originally a cattle shed. It is situated at the rear of 10 Charlotte Street, (Entrance to the Flats is from Back Road). The location means that while it is central, it is also away from the main road and is quiet. It is minutes walk from the shops, Hotel, Bistro, The 3 Distilleries Path and bus stop. A perfect location to be based while exploring Islay.
