You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with the sea at your feet! The port of Adamas is 5 min. away with a car.

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Enjoy two luxurious, newly-remodeled cave dwellings only two meters from the sea: Cueva de olas and Cueva del pescador! These gorgeous spaces are perfect for discerning honeymooners, couples, or anyone who wants to take a break from the real world -- and from the typical tourist traffic of Santorini. Cueva de olas was originally the residence of a local fisherman; Cueva del pescador was his boat-house. Traditional decor and outstanding hospitably complete this perfect, unique rentals!

Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
