This place was very modern and clean! Exactly as the photos showed. Loved the outdoor space. Parking was a tad inconvenient as the parking is a street over and a bit of a walk. But didn’t really need the vehicle much once we were there. Great location, walking distance to everything! María was a great host. Checked in periodically, very responsive! The neighbors do have some loud barking dogs but no control over that and that could happen anywhere. Just something worth noting as we heard it often. The beach chairs and cooler provide was amazing!

We were a group of 10, and finding a space that comfortably fit us all was a challenge. It came down to Francheska’s place and one other, but we chose this one for the pool and easy beach access. The host was incredibly accommodating from the start, even helping us find a private chef and recommending local spots. Check-in instructions were detailed, and the rooms looked exactly as pictured—beautifully renovated with great attention to guest comfort. The spacious rooms and bathrooms made our stay even better. The common area was perfect for gathering, and the stocked bar and fridge were a great touch at no extra cost. Security was excellent, with cameras at every entrance and safe access mechanisms. Ubers had no trouble picking us up. Being in a residential area, we tried to keep noise down, but some sound carries. The beach is much closer than expected—just a minute away! Restaurants, bakeries, Walgreens, and a supermarket are also within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

We had a great stay at Christina and Ramon's house. Christina thinks of everything and the house is clean and very well stocked! She even has Downy scent boosters! The house has gated parking included, which is rare. The house also has a generator, which was amazing when there was an island wide power outage. The house is close to two great beaches and she gave us same great recommendations. The kids loved the pool! The only thing that I didn't realize, which is my fault is that one of the bedrooms (with a full bed) was downstairs and my daughter did not want to sleep downstairs by herself. I was worried about the proximity to the airport but we barely heard the planes and they did not impact our stay at all! I would highly recommednd staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Celebrated our friends bachelor party and it provided plenty of space as well as plenty of areas to hang out. The pool is also a really great addition. She was an absolutely wonderful host and extremely attentive 10 out of 10. What a great time!

Great place for a great value with a great host! Very clean, homey and welcoming with all the basics we needed for our stay. Nice to have the patio with a little lawn space and the gated community felt very safe, especially for our Compadre's morning runs. We truly appreciated Jacqueline staying connected with us throughout our stay, providing some local recommendations and even checking in on us during the apagon. We loved that the location was not central to the more touristy things as it was was ideal for us and the activities we had planned. We had a great experience overall and will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to relax and explore San Juan. The house is very modern and comfortable, and we loved the pool and outdoor area. The house is inside of a gated community, so once you learn where the entrance points are it makes it really easy to get around. Great location: the ocean is a short walk away and there are so many places to explore in Old San Juan and in the city that are a short drive / uber away. Highly recommended.

Definitely one of the Top 3 properties we’ve ever stayed in (and we have stayed in many luxury properties)! The home is similar to a 5-star hotel suite at the Fairmont, but even better with a private pool and kitchen. We will return to San Juan for this property and location by San Juan’s most beautiful beach! The kids loved the pool, especially at night after a long day hiking or adventuring. We cannot wait to come back!

My friends and I rented this place for my 30th birthday, it was very centrally located to all the places we wanted to explore! The pool and space was great! Id suggest bringing your own towels though, only 4 pool towels and 4 shower towels for 6 guests. Other than that the space was great and accommodated all of us! Would definitely recommend

We were a group of 8 and we had so much fun in the house, it was cleaned, it had everything, all you have to bring is your clothes, the pool and the backyard was very fun, lots of supplies, the ac's were on point, and Marisol the host was the best, very helpful, quick response, thank you for making our stay a great experience, I would definitely stay in this house again.

Honestly one of the best host I ever had . She was super fast on responding . Very friendly . The house was such a beautiful home . My family and I went when there was a power outage and she accommodated us with no hesitation. Very understanding . Definitely a 10 out of 10 . Will definitely book again . Thank you 😊

Sara's place was amazing! The gated community gave my family and I being all women a sense of safety. Her place is literally across from the beach which was perfect for our beach day and less than 10 minutes give or take from the airport which was great since it was our first time driving in PR! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds themselves slept amazingly and not to mention every room was equipped with AC!!. The backyard pool was an added bonus with lots of photo opportunities. The minor problems that did occur Sara wac responsive and gave good resolutions! From the thoughtful welcome gifts to the early check-in Sara made visiting Puerto Rico a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay here!

Had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean and large. Host was very responsive and accommodating, allowed early check in and luggage storage with last minute notice. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Excellent beach with warm water and palm trees few minutes walk

From check-in to check-out, such a seamless process, we felt right at home. Very clean, clutter free, everything you may need from kitchen to bathroom stuff, stocked. Prime location only took us 15 mins max to get anywhere. We felt very safe the entire time, parking in front was available 24/7, A/C works great and lastly bed is super comfy!

Rafi's place was great. The backyard was beautiful and well maintained. House was spotless and plenty of towels for the 6 of us. The house is basically in the middle of the island so if you want to explore it all it's a great starting point. There was an island wide power outage when we landed that lasted almost 2 days but we didn't notice because of the heavy duty generator. Amazing restaurants and bars near by. Would definitely recommend this place. would book again for sure.

we had a lovely stay with my mom and two kids. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The host was incredibly helpful, even offering great local tips and helping us find a church for Easter. Pool was enjoyed by all. While one of the nearby streets didn’t look the best at first glance, the area felt completely safe, the neighbors were warm and welcoming, and just min away you’ll find a whole different vibe with markets and shopping plazas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great location within a short walk of the beach and lots of dining options. The place was great - perfect for our family - everyone had their own space but we were all together. Javi was a great host and responded to our needs.
