Everything was great! Communication was available any time needed (before, during, and after booking). My wife and I were thoroughly satisfied.

Excelente estancia, lugar agradable y bien ubicado en la zona hotelera, la vista al mar es hermosa. El apartamento es amplio y silencioso, las amenidades más que suficientes para una estancia agradable… El apartamento tal y como en las fotos… Miriam siempre atenta a cualquiera de nuestras dudas… excelente anfitrión.

Enrique’s place is just as listed! We thought it was the perfect location for our itinerary. It is definitely a busy location, you can hear the music from the clubs next door so if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet location this is probably not the place for you. We loved waking up to the sunrise views from the balcony. There was a 7/11 just outside of the gate, very convenient for a late night snack run! Taxis are available at all times of the day at the gate. Private beach access was a plus, but it does get a bit crowded during the day.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location, just steps from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and souvenir shops. We especially loved the food at the villas restaurant. Claudia was fantastic, always available, responsive, and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to other families looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Clean space, the host was responsive and the view of the beach from the balcony was gorgeous.

Condo Mar at Casa Bonita was exactly what we needed/wanted for our Mexico vacation. The condo was comfortable, spacious and had wonderful views. We found the beds to be very comfortable (firm) and the air conditioning worked great. The staff at the complex were amazing and always available if we needed something. They provided drinking water and toilet paper the entire week, which we’d never experienced in any other Isla rental. It was charming and lovely all around.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mariela’s place. Her and Lucy were so kind and helpful. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to do so!

Marcella and her team was so responsive … quick in booking and communication and very flexible with check in. Condo was very clean and had everything you needed and the price was great for the area. Several great restaurants in the area, close to Garrafon de Castilla and an easy taxi ride to other parts of the island. Highly recommend!

The apartment is close to the Calypso Hotel, a great taqueria serving cocktails, a pharmacy, an Oxxo store, a small market, and a breakfast stand called Mar e Miel - so it’s very well located with all you need at hand. The condominium gardens and grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed the boats passing by at the lagoon in the morning. The Playa Tortuga is not far and you can depart from there to Isla Mujeres. Carlos is very proactive and a great host - he gave us some advice on what to do/entertainment and was always available to communicate, take immediate care of things, and to help our stay be great. All appliances worked including the washer and the four ACs in the unit. Water pressure was a bit low but nothing to worry about. Apartment is on 3 floor and some steps were involved to get up there. Place is secure and front desk friendly. We felt very comfortable in the spacious apartment from Carlos. We would certainly come back!

Cuenta con una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de centros comerciales y la atención y comunicación por parte de Nino siempre fue clara.

Amazing all around! Location was perfect. Close to the beach and all the great restaurants. The space was perfect for us and views of the ocean were spectacular. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful condo, nice view of the marina, very short and easy walk to spectacular beach. Beach is calm water and huge sandy area in front of the beach. Great, responsive and very helpful host. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was perfect. Great location.

Nous étions un groupe de 5 adultes. Le logement était parfait. Bien situé. Tout peu se faire à pied, même l'épicerie. Il y a de l'eau embouteillé fourni. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. L'hôte répondait toujours très rapidement à nos questions, même avant le voyage. Le soir il est facile de se promener dans les petites rues animées. Nous avons passé un très beau voyage. Le ménage qui est fait tous les jours est vraiment un plus. Nous pouvons vraiment profiter. Les seuls bémols est que dans l'annonce il est inscrit que nous avons accès à une laveuse sécheuse à même le logement mais cela n'est pas le cas. Il y a une buanderie au coin de la rue mais qui ne respecte pas les délais qu'elle donne. Aussi il est inscrit que nous avons accès au Zama Beach club mais nous devons tout de même payer les chaises. Nous avons donc décidé de louer des chaises de plages et parasols à Isla rental ce qui nous a permis de faire plusieurs endroits sur la plage. Je recommande ce condo sans hésiter !!!

Had a great time. Place was quite and private, perfect for a relaxing time with my family. Highly recomended for anyone looking to unwind. Host and staff were very helpfull.
