Muy buen alojamiento, muy cerca de la playa. Tienes que tener suerte con la cama, eso sí, porque algunas son muy viejas y con bollos. Pero por lo demás, extraordinario: muy buena atención, buen aire acondicionado y un restaurante agradable donde comer o tomar una copa.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Playa larga es muy bonita y la casa Pelicano un lugar mágico, tiene preciosas vistas y un lugar para desayunar y comer muy bonito. Y luego está sus anfitriones,(Ismel y Katiuska), son increíbles, te hacen sentirte muy bien durante tu alojamiento, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y compartir con ellos tiempo fue muy bonito. RECOMENDABLE 100% Ahhh y hacen unas comidas, cenas, desayunos brutales, calidad buenísima y mucha cantidad.

Luis was extremely responsive and helpful, even before booking. He helped us arrange what we needed to before going over. Luis, Yaquelin and their staff paid attention to us and were proactive in thinking about what we might need, including mosquito coils and repellent and even bringing extra water when I was sick for a day. One day we wanted to take a trip down to the fish caves, Punta perdiz and Playa Giron and he even offered to drive us down himself instead of us paying a higher fee for more people in a taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed that day and our stay! A heads up though: we had to hide out from the mosquitoes (and heat) a lot in our rooms because they're very intense and the only other areas to be at their place were outside. We just resolved that by going to chill in the shade at the beach a lot, where the mozzies couldn't find us due to the wind. We've never been taken better care of at Airbnb and this is especially important in places like these. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time staying in Playa Larga and we're so glad we stayed with Miriam! She was very gracious, always very helpful and a fantastic cook (always giving such generous portions too!)! We wanted a realistic representation of Cuba, not a sterile 5 star hotel and this is definitely what we received! Our hopes for finding genuine people, who are connected to their community and have the ability to allow us a safe, clean comfortable place to stay was far surpassed with our stay at Miriam's. Miriam was also very helpful in bridging the language barrier gap (we have very poor Spanish speaking skills) to meet and interact with the locals, arrange for local guides, adventures, bike rentals and so much more! Thanks so much! We'll be holding and sharing these memories for a long time! Highly recommended!

Wonderful space, lovely hosts. 1 minute walk to the beach, but quiet and peaceful. You can walk to everything in town from here and Yelena booked us a really great tour to the cenotes. Rooms were comfortable & breakfast was great up on the rooftop. Highly recommend.
