todo mejor de lo que esperábamos, una casa amplia, limpia y mejor incluso que en fotos. Sin problemas para comunicarnos con los anfitriones, con instrucciones claras para entrar y salir. La casa muy equipada y el sitio perfecto. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias!

This is a great place to stay: had we planned better or longer, we would stay for a week, even a month. The premises are well maintained, furnished, and spotless. There is ample room to enjoy oneself and others The hosts are simply the best we have encountered. We feel blessed and grateful to have met them, and they deserve a 6/5.

Nous avons apprécié le standing élevé ce bel appartement atypique sur 6 niveaux. La literie est très confortable et aucun détail n'a été laissé au hasard (température, éclairage, échantillons de gel douche, shampoing, après-shampoing et crème de corps rituals dans toutes les salles de bains, etc). La rue n'est pas très passante, aucune nuisance sonore. L'appartement propose des espaces extérieurs (patio et terrasse) bien agréables. Un supermarché se situe à deux pas de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Le quartier est tranquille, peu touristique, plusieurs bars à tapas non loin où reigne une belle ambiance festive. La ville est atteignable à pied sans problème. Si toutefois le taxi est préféré, le trajet ne coûte que peu.

Our stay in Seville couldn’t have been better – this Airbnb was perfect! The location was ideal, close to several tapa bars and grocery stores. From here, we can take bus to the stunning Seville Cathedral, the lively Plaza de España, and all the beautiful, winding streets of the old town. Taxi ride is about 10 euros. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, yet the apartment itself was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were welcomed warmly and given so many great tips on local spots to check out, from authentic tapas bars to lesser-known gems that I would have missed otherwise. Communication was flawless – they were quick to respond and made me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautiful with a pool.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

Très bon séjour chez Teresa qui a été très accueillante, gentille, nous a offert généreusement des délicieuses oranges de son jardin, nous nous sommes régalés ! La maison et le jardin ont été très agréables . Encore merci!! Seul « bémol », les aboiements des chiens dans le voisinage (sûrement un chenil) dans la journée et soirée, mais Teresa n’y peut rien malheureusement 🙂

Rocio was excellent, very helpful & friendly. would love to return. The pool was a big win for our son. we really enjoyed our stay. Rocio went over & beyond to be helpful. totally recommend this place.

Veronica was a nice host. Upon request, we were allowed an early check in and she was present at the house when we reached. Prior to as well as during our stay, she always responded within a reasonable time frame which was quite helpful. The house was well maintained and as shown in the pictures. All amenities as listed were present. She also presented us with a box of local sweets which we really cherished. The bathroom on ground floor is really tiny. But usable. It worked for us as we needed a house with 2 bathrooms. The bus stop to city center is 2 min walk from home n takes about 20 min to reach city center. Super market is right ahead of the bus stop and is open from 10am to 10pm. If you don't mind a location a bit on the outskirts, this is a perfect place. and if you have your own vehicle to commute, it's a perfect place to stay at when in Seville. Thanks to Veronica for a lovely stay at her home..!!

Casa cómoda y tranquila a pocos minutos del centro de Sevilla.

L’appartamento è ben organizzato e con cucina fornita di tutti gli utensili per potersi cucinare qualcosa di veloce. L’appartamento è pulito e ordinato. Si trova in un bel quartiere centrale a pochi passi dalla Seats. La host è stata molto gentile e reattiva rispondendo tempestivamente ai nostri messaggi. Abbiamo potuto anche lasciare le valigie dopo aver lasciato l’appartamento.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

Bel accueil de la part de Manuel - appartement duplex + toit terrasse, calme avec possibilité de parking (vraiment rare pour la ville). Je recommande chaudement.

First of all, Manuel and Carmen are lovely hosts who were very helpful in the communication before our stay. Especially in coordinating the available amenities for the baby, their help was great. Upon arrival, we met them and they gave us a nice tour around the house. The place itself is great, exactly as described. There are three bedrooms, with a total of six regular beds; additionally, there were some sofa beds, I think. The surroundings and view are beautiful and the neighbourhood is very quiet. It is approximately 30 minutes to get to Sevilla by car, so getting a rental car is strongly recommended.

Anna is the kindest Airbnb Host we’ve ever had! When I shared with her that I have sciatica and found the furniture a little uncomfortable for me, she immediately went into action, did some research, and found a cushion that was by far the best I’ve ever encountered. While, it would’ve been nice to have a more comfortable couch and chairs for the kitchen table—I was so touched that she had given so much time and thoughtful attention to getting the right cushion for me. In addition, Anna’s English was excellent and she was so welcoming and kind. It was so glorious to sit on the patio almost every night and look at the stars from the lounge chairs and enjoy our meals alfresco. The bed was very comfortable. We wished the fridge and shower hadn’t been so small for our month-long stay and that there had been a better work area for my writer husband. But for a shorter stay, this Airbnb and Host are practically perfect.

We had a great stay! The place is comfortable and has more than enough room for a couple of days. The pool is a nice plus to cool down after a day in the city. With smaller children we cook at the apartment and there was plenty equipment available. We went by car to the city centre in about 10-15 minutes (parking at parking avenido Roma or parking paseo de colon was easy). Eduardo is a very nice and thoughtful host who also responded quickly to our messages.

مكان جدا ممتاز للاقامة للعائلة سواء مع اطفال او بدون. يوجد فيه راحة ذهنية ونفسية بسبب موقعه وكثرة الاشجار من برتقال وليمون ومسطحات خضراء تسر الناظرين. فعلا منزل ممتاز بجميع المقاييس لمن اراد الهدوء والاستمتاع بالهواء النقي والطبيعة الخلابة.

Located in a calm neighborhood just 15min drive from city center, Ana's place is a great place to stay in Seville. Everything was really clean, the house is spacious and has a peaceful patio outside. Ana was very helpful accommodating our arrival and departure times. Thank you so much!

This was a great apartment in a phenomenal location, adjacent to Plaza de Alfalfa, a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, and across the street from coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Jose Luis and colleagues were welcoming and helpful, and communicated exceptionally well before and throughout our visit. One bedroom was large and bright with fantastically soundproof windows; the small bedroom was a bit stuffy but the minisplit units helped keep everything comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently outfitted for serving breakfasts and tapas. The azotea and roof decks, accessible via very steep (not elder friendly) access stairs, were lovely. We were pleasantly surprised to discover we were on a route for several Semana Santa processions and could watch from the balconies. Pro tip: stock up at the grocery store around the corner beforehand. Overall this was a fantastic unit with an excellent host and we will recommend it to friends planning visits to Seville.

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

Het was buitengewoon fijn om in deze villa te verblijven! Het is een ruime villa met een mooie tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. De keuken is erg goed uitgerust met meer dan genoeg serviesgoed voor 8 personen. Er is een grote supermarkt op 3 minuten loopafstand wat erg prettig is. Alicia is een erg behulpzame host en reageerde goed en snel op al onze vragen. De villa ligt een beetje buiten Sevilla in een heerlijk rustige wijk maar met de auto is het slechts 20 minuten rijden naar hartje centrum waar het ook gemakkelijk parkeren is. Ook de metro is een goede optie om naar de stad te gaan. We hebben een week door gebracht in de villa en we hebben ons er prima vermaakt!
