Tres Bahias is a very special place-quiet, cozy, away from the hum of Culebra, but close to amenities of the island. Mariel and Enrique responded quickly to all our questions, both leading up to and during our stay. The villa is slightly rustic (basic) but was exactly what we wanted and expected. The views are too spectacular to put into words. We strongly recommend Tres Bahias for nature lovers who crave peace and quiet.

This was my first time to Culebra and Heather was a great host! She was super fast in her responses and made the process very easy. The view from the balcony is exactly as it shows in the pictures. To say it was peaceful looking out onto the ocean sipping a cup of coffee as the sun was rising would be an understatement. I was there by myself looking to get away from all the stress of work and life and this location was exactly what I needed. The AC worked perfectly and the internet was a solid speed to stream YouTube, check email, etc. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I strongly recommend Heather's place if you are planning a trip to Culebra. You won't be disappointed!

We chose this place because our friend stayed here and loved it. It was everything we hoped it would be. Though we didn't see many people walking, the lodge is only a 7 minute walk (well, hike...it is on a hill) from the ferry terminal. The view is stunning and the lodge is comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Elia's place. It was such a joy to wake up and look out over the bay from the balcony every morning. You could tell that a lot of thought was put into providing amenaties; everything that you could need was provided. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and chilly. Overall, a very pleasant spot to stay on a wonderful little island. 10/10

What a wonderful place! Our stay was easy, peaceful, beautiful and very restful….and the view! Wow! There was only one very small and easily avoided issue and that was we forgot to grab food storage items from the grocery store. We had dinner leftovers one night and nothing to wrap them in, oops! Mariel & Enrique are very responsive. Thanks again for your kindness and help you two! We hope to return one day!

Private, comfortable, relaxing home base for our memorable Culebra explorations. Walkable from ferry but the hill is a workout; Jeep/UTV rental is definitely a good idea. Loaner cooler and kitchenette made for a relaxed approach to meals. Recommend bringing some quick-dry beach towels to supplement the terry ones in the villa, and bring/buy Ziploc bags for storing food and packing anything that hasn’t dried by departure time.

Beautifully decorated and two separate units worked out great for us. Owner was responsive and gave detailed instructions for entry. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Was worries about there being no air conditioning but wasn't an issue at all; great breeze with open doors and high powered fan were enough to keep the unit cool.

This is a truly special place. From the sweeping views of the ocean to the rooftop veranda, well-stocked house with everything one might need for trips to the surrounding beaches, it was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were firm and comfy, the ceiling fans and open windows (with screens, we had very few mosquito bites) kept the house extremely cool so we didn't miss AC at all. Would be an excellent space for older kids, having a toddler did mean that we needed to keep an eye on him since the stairs up to the tower and down to the beach were in a condition best for bigger legs and more coordination. The property manager was extremely kind with excellent local recommendations and securing us a packnplay, and the host was quickly responsive and flexible with our needs for moving our checkout time. If you are looking for luxury accommodations this is not the place, but if you are looking for something truly special with real character, you will not be disappointed.

Cecily's house is very peaceful.We came with two kids 9 and 11. It is remote place where you find privacy and peace, it was very relaxing.There were cows around in the pasture and that makes it wonderful view. Pool was great for kids to play.The home is beautiful and spacious, nice art and it is very cozy. Kitchen ready for cooking with anything you may need.This house is not close to town so you definitely need vehicle.We absolutely loved it!It is very private.

Totally lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, close to the ferry pier but also feeling secluded and neighborhood-y rather than tourist-y. Simple, excellent place to stay while arranging adventures around Vieques. Best place if you have a car or golf cart or etc, parking inside the gate. Also we had our kid with us - the swings out front were a nice touch!
