Emmanuel went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s a destination. 100/10 stunning views. Close to delicious restaurants. Easy to enjoy all of the island from this location. The hill is no joke but it’s not hard to deal with. Get a car that’s new and has a lot of horsepower. Loved this stay

Lovely villa in a fantastic location - which means you need a small car to navigate the lanes. Angela was lovely and friendly and didn't mind that I'd not asked for 2 single beds in one bedroom. We'd stay here again.

La signora Rosanna è stata un ottimo host, ci ha fornito indicazioni, ci accolto in casa all'arrivo, è stata amichevole e sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. Apprezzate le aree esterne, in special modo la cucina esterna oltre che la doccia esterna. Consigliamo la signora Rosanna come host e soprattutto la permanenza in questo alloggio.

perfect place. perfect host. Francesco picked us up from the port with his car(also take us to the port at the end of the stay). he was very nice. he wrote each message in both english and italian. he showed us the best places to visit in the island. there is also a barbeque in the place, we asked him and he prepared everything like coal and fire for us to barbeque(i strongly suggest you try the barbeque, awesome view, awesome experience). we were very happy with the stay there. the only thing is that it wasn't the cleanest room i ever been to(it is not dirty, it is just not perfect, like 9 out of 10). generally i strongly recommend the place, i would go there again if i want to go to ischia.

Well what a place! the location was fantastic, so close to the beach, shops, and bars. we had a fantastic few days. couldn't quite believe how big the place was. only small downside, there is a bar/restaurant close by, and it was a bit noisy, so not great for an early to bed person like me! but it didn't go on all night. overall I would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique sur l’île d’Ischia et le logement de Chiara et Simone y ont largement contribué! La maison est très agréable. La terrasse est incroyable et nous avons vraiment apprécié les couchers de soleil face à la mer. Cette vue est magique. Idéal pour déconnecter ! Les photos sont toutes fidèles à la réalité. L’accès privatif à la plage nous a permis d’aller prendre un bain de mer matinal dès le réveil. Un vrai luxe! Chiara a été de très bons conseils, très réactive, et nous a très bien guidés tout au long de notre séjour. On sent que c’est une hôte qui accueille avec plaisir les voyageurs. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement pour un séjour à Ischia.

Michele truly is a superhost - responsive, very friendly but not intrusive, helpful. Location is the reason to choose this place if you like to have a spectacular water view, great patio, and a private beach before 9 am and after 6 pm and all day Monday. We would return for sure. The apartment is very large but sparsely furnished. We were three guests and were comfortable. You must be comfortable with a long set of hillside stairs.

Wonderful , convenient location close to the the water park and a bus stop. Cozy place with the kitchen needing small improvements. But if u don't plan to cook bigger meals it is a perfect place to stay. very private. All together we had a great stay .

Alloggio ideale per godersi qualche giorno ad Ischia, la casa ha un punto panoramico splendido e la posizione è ottima sia per spostarsi a piedi nel centro di Forio o con bus per visitare il resto dell'isola. Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate davvero bene!

This is a wonderful place to stay - amazing views, a well-equipped apartment, run by a lovely family who are keen for their guests to enjoy their time on the island. They gave us great honest advice about Forio and how to get around before arriving (we had a newborn baby). It’s a beautiful, quiet place to stay just outside the main town - verything in the town is walkable from the apartment (less than ten minutes). The hosts supplied us with eggs from their chickens daily and also some of their wine made there on the island!

Ottima accoglienza, casa pulita, silenziosa, immersa nel verde e molto comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone. Raggiungibili a piedi spiaggia, supermercato, pizzeria ed ottimi ristoranti. A 5 minuti di macchina la splendida spiaggia di San Montano. Siamo stati benissimo, ritornerei volentieri. Grazie di tutto.

Casa fantastica pulita ordinata magnifica .al nostro arrivo Mauro ci ha raggiunti per portarci a casa spiegandomi i vari servizi che offre la zona . La moglie super gentile ci ha preparato una crostata da poter consumare a colazione ,regalandoci anche uova fresche . Un'esperienza bellissima con persone super disponibili TOP TOP TOP

It was a great place to stay! The flat is spacious, clean, has everything you would need for the stay (both bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, wifi is good, etc)! Daniel was really friendly and ready to help in anything. Location is great, couple of steps away from one of the city beaches and from the main street of Ischia Porto with loads of shops and restaurants. Great value for the money, I highly recommend choosing this flat!

Vi havde fem helt fantastiske dage i Luigis smukke hus. Vi nød roen og de smukke omgivelser fra både huset og terrassen med udsigt over Napoli-bugten og bjergene og vulkanerne i baggrunden. Huset er smukt og personligt både indvendigt og udvendigt, og har god plads både inde og ude. Da vi ankom, mødte Luigi og Salvatore os længere nede i byen og kørte med os op til huset, hvor de viste os alting, og om aftenen kom de med pizzaer til os alle sammen (en velkomstgave) - supersødt og sympatisk. Vi følte os virkelig velkomne og hjemme. En stor anbefaling herfra og tak til Luigi og Salvatore. Vi håber alle, at vi kan komme tilbage denne smukke perle af et hus en anden gang.

Carlo is vriendelijk en heeft voor een prettig verblijf gezorgd en geadviseerd in restaurant en dagjes weg. ik had een probleem met de auto en ook daar heeft hij mee geholpen. Echt een aanrader deze plek!

The villa was wonderful, clean, well equipped and had beautiful views! We were a party of 12 and there was plenty of room for us , there are 6 bathrooms too. The pool was brilliant, with the most amazing views. We used public transport the whole time we were at the villa, cheap and had no issues, the roads round there are a bit tight so we didn’t fancy driving ourselves. But the stand out for us was Alfonso! He booked restaurants, sorted pizza orders, gave us trip suggestions and arranged transfers. We had one issue and it was sorted the next day. Alfonso goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay and I have to say that most of this 5 star review is due to him. We would recommend staying here and loved it!

Beautiful Villa, the photos don't really do it justice. Pool is big and surrounded by lemon trees, with a large terrace looking out over the bay, perfect for watching sunsets. Simone was an excellent host, met us on arrival and was very quick to respond when we had questions. Free use of the gym next door, which is very well equipped. Lots to do nearby. We recommend Angelo's bar, about 30 mins walk overlooking the Harbour. Good restaurants 5 mins walk away and scooter hire 10mins walk away. Very easy to get the bus from the village centre to Sorrento and from there train to Pompeii, or boat trips out to Positano and Amalfi. We were a family of 5 and all had a great time. Would love to come back.

Villa Claudia is a jewel, gorgeous view, spacious, clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds, everything you would want. Claudia is a hospitality pro and it shows, terrific attention to detail and every amenity you would want. She stocked the kitchen and pantry for our arrival with everything we needed for the first evening and morning, and included an amazing Caprese cake, pasta, tomato sauce, eggs, milk, bread, tea, coffee and yogurt. Annamaria keeps the place super clean. The beds are really comfortable, which in my experience is very rare in Italy. We love to hike, and it's a nice hike down to Sorrento, and very easy up to Sant'Agata for groceries or cafes. We were very sad to leave! We will be back for sure!

This place and hosts genuinely exceeded all our expectations. Villa Rosella was absolutely spotless and immaculate! Franco (host) who lives right above the villa, thoughtfully provided us with a bottle of local wine, coffee, and some basicfood which was such a lovely touch after our long journey. He also spoiled us with local pastries left on our porch table every single morning, which became a cherished part of our routine. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, ensuring restful nights. The convenience of a washing machine, complete with detergent, was also a significant bonus for a family on vacation. On our departure, Franco's generosity continued with a parting gift of homemade Limoncello, crafted with lemons from his own garden – a truly authentic and memorable souvenir. I honestly cannot praise Franco and Marco enough. If you're looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Amalfi Coast, stop searching and book this villa. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

Thank you Carla and Emilio for a lovely stay! The villa was well appointed and so comfortable to stay in. We found the full size washer and dryer and large refrigerator with ice maker very helpful. My husband fell in love with the outdoor kitchen and cooked wonderful dinners there. Thank you Emilio for bringing us delicious pastries to start our day! We easily drove our car to Sorrento each morning, parked outside the city center, and walked to the ferry port for day trips to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi. We also took a day trip to Pompeii. We were able to navigate the road up to the property with a small SUV but the smaller your rental car is, the better as the roads leading to the property are narrow and you will need to back into the driveway. The view of Sorrento, the bay and Mount Vesuvius were beautiful and each and every sunset was stunning.

it is a beautiful place with stand out views over the bay of Naples. The villa is clean, spacious and well equipped for a large family party. There is an excellent local deli and mini-mart at the top of the road and lovely restaurants nearby, and only a short walk from the station. We had a wonderful holiday.
