Wonderful place to stay, this place had everything and worked great for our bachelorette party group of 14! Everything was clean and neat, easy to find a use, and Barb was very helpful with any question we had! Traverse city was an easy 20 minute drive. The farm animals were fun to have around as well! We loved it and highly recommended this place!

It is a beautiful air b and b and the view is gorgeous! It fit 12 of us perfectly and we had such a great time celebrating a friend. Zachary is a great host! I highly recommend staying here:).

This was a perfect location for our annual family ski trip to Crystal Mountain. The townhouse was large enough to have friends join us this year. The space was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook all of our meals. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Writing this review, with considerable jet lag, I can say the only feedback prompt I paused on was "value." This wasn't a cheap week. But seriously, it shouldn't have be. This is a large, well appointed property in a seriously beautiful lake country setting. Moreover, it's a real house for real people, not a beige/grey generic airbnb-fab unit created for the purpose of a revenue stream. Also- If you are a client with a boat/boat aspirations, don't think twice. This place is awesome.

5 minute shuttle ride to Crystal mountain. It was nice not having to have to drive to the slopes. Reasonable price. Everything new and high end. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this cabin was phenomenal! With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it perfectly accommodated our group's multiple families across various age groups. Not only was it a tremendous value, but its proximity to Traverse City made it an ideal choice for us. We were delighted by the cabin's cleanliness and the spacious, open layout. The endless supply of firewood was a blessing, especially during the unexpectedly chilly nights. Ryan was outstanding—responsive and helpful, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. This was our first visit to this area, and it surpassed our expectations. Although we typically kayak on the Oscoda River, we ventured to the Manistee River (just south of dam) this time and found it to be a much nicer trip. It’s safe to say that we’ve found our new summer kayaking destination. Overall amazing stay, would recommend!

Lauren's house is perfect for a large family group. We came for a ski weekend/family reunion and it was perfect. The large family room/kitchen was our focus, with kids playing and adults catching up, cooking meals, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, with lots of space. The bunk room was a huge hit with the cousins. It snowed constantly throughout our weekend and Lauren and Michael had our road plowed twice, which was very much appreciated. The open design of the living room, with all its large windows gave the feeling of being surrounded by nature and the snowfall. It was beautiful. There was 2-3 feet of snow in the backyard--turned out to be perfect for several football games, with tackling in the snow-very memorable! The kitchen is well organized and has everything we needed. The island and table combination worked well for meals. We loved the entire set-up. Thank you for such a memorable stay, Lauren and Michael!

Our family and small dog came up for a long weekend to enjoy the slush run cup at Crystal Mountain. Bryce’s place was clean and comfortable from the start. We had an issue with something when we first arrived, but Bryce was responsive, helpful, and proactive. Traveling with kids and pets can be such a challenge, and it’s helpful to have a host who is sympathetic to that stress. Once we got that resolved, we settled into cooking in the nice kitchen and enjoying the back deck and hot tub (favorite part!). Even though the main road out front is busy, the backyard is peaceful and comfortable. Loved the first warm ups of spring there! Beds were super comfortable and we slept great( we have a sleep number at home so we’re picky!). A separate water cooler for drinking water was awesome! The tv in the living room was so fancy and the couches were clean, newer, and very comfortable for our whole family to watch movies. Check out was a breeze, no long list of chores! Thanks so much!

This was the perfect place for our vacation with four generations! there was a main floor bedroom and bathroom for the grandparents and separate bedrooms for everyone upstairs. There was lots of room to spread out. We were very comfortable. The long table in the dining room was a nice gathering place. We loved walking around town and visiting the shops and cafe! The Silver Lake sand dunes were amazing and just 15 minutes away! We would love to come back again!

The place was a perfect stay for our day of golf at Arcadia. Hosts were great and responded quickly with anything we need. Including checking on things we potentially left behind. They could not have been more spot on referring us to Grille 44 for drinks and dinner, walkable if you’re up for it. 10/10 would stay here again!

Carols place was very nice. Close to everything which is always nice! She was suer responsive and friendly! She does have quite a bit of rules…which is fine my only issue was I couldn’t use the washer unless you stay for over 4 days. We stayed for only three nights I have never stay at a bnb you could not use the washer and that is one of the main reasons we stay at them is for the use of it being so functional! Otherwise it was fine and it really wasn’t a big deal. I just like to do laundry every day!

This airbnb was the best I’ve ever rented. Everything was explained clearly about the property, before and in a booklet when we arrived. Tristen had everything we would need there at the property from hand soap, dish detergent, paper towel, trash bags, spices, coffee, towels, toilet paper, washcloths, fully stocked kitchen such as pots, pans, plates, silverware, the list goes on. She also had laundry detergent for the washer available! I have never stayed at an airbnb that was as fully stocked with all the things we expect to have to go and buy for a week when renting an airbnb. The home was beautiful and decorated well. Lots or boardgames, and things to do nearby. I highly recommend this place, we will come back when the weather is warmer. Thank you Tristen!

It was a great spot. We loved all the recommendations and amenities. We did had to clean some spider web from the doors and windows but other than that it was good.

This place is gorgeous! You will not be disappointed. Their home is super clean and they provide everything you need to feel at home!

Alisha was a great host! Things were exactly as described. The location was perfect and plenty of space for the kids to run and have fun. Close to the dunes and Lake Michigan. Alisha responded to messages very quickly and was very friendly! We hope to rent from her again!

Stay was great! Plenty of space, very helpful and location on Canadian lakes was absolutely beautiful. Definitely coming back in the summer.

Becky was a wonderful host and her house was just perfect! We came for a friends ski trip with kids and Becky was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location was wonderful - super close to crystal ski resort with a peaceful view of the golf course and quiet street. We all want to come back to stay again next year.

Cheryl’s home was great for our family with young grandchildren. The sand provided hours of building and pretending fun. The sandy beach and shallow water depth was perfect for all the children from 2-8. They really loved jumping off the dock. The kayaks and paddle boats gave us time on the water. The large level grassy backyard was excellent for softball and tag. The bunk room was great for the grandkids to sleep together, leaving 4 bedrooms for adults. There was a pack n Play and a high chair for the youngest. There were many toys and games to play. The house hade cute decore with special touches to welcome us everywhere. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The leather sectional was cozy for all of us. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores in the evening. We would like to have had more beach seating. The last two plastic Adirondack chairs were fatally cracked. I’m sure those are on Cheryl’s list to replace soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us Cheryl.

Very serene and peaceful. The wrap-around porch pairs beautifully with the heavily wooded and hill-ridden geography. Just down the road is a gorgeous lake and though we did not have the chance to utilize the public lake access, the view at the guardrail on the bend of the road is within walking distance and is a great spot to pull off and enjoy the scenery. Less than 10 minutes away is a great pizza place and a small town bar and grill. There are also a few parks nearby. Highly suggest for a small group looking to escape the bustle, or a group looking for a golf retreat.

We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far one of the better ones. Friendly and responsive host, very clean, well equipped kitchen. This was a family ski weekend rental and it held all 10 of us perfectly. Was easy walk back and forth from skiing. Cozy fireplace. Would definitely rent again. It is a true gem!

This was a great place in a great location for our family who had events to attend in nearby Big Rapids. As this was a winter trip can only imagine the house and the whole area would make for a fantastic holiday.

Comfortable stay for 15 people. Nice area. Great big back porch which was nice during the day and evening. Would highly recommend this place to stay. So many kitchen appliances. Lots of towels and beach towels. Fully furnished.

Host was very responsive and friendly. The home was unique which is exactly what we look for when traveling fun places ! Highly recommended!
