Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Studio Apartment in Iron Station

Our studio apartment is perfect for a business trip or getaway. Located on 9 acres in a quiet wooded setting. It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. The studio is located above a garage with a separate entrance. It offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, separate desk/work area and washer/dryer with starter amounts of laundry detergent.

ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

The Tuckamore is a cottage in downtown Lincolnton. Walk a block to Main Street where you can eat, drink, shop and explore historic Lincolnton. The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.
