E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Escape to our hillside farm retreat, featuring a private fenced cabin with breathtaking sea, mountain, and Dublin city views. It has an en-suite bathroom with hot shower, a coffee machine, filtered water, kettle, gas heater, electric blanket, and access to a shared kitchen. Unwind in our sauna or hot tub for extra fee. Feel free to interact with our farm animals(horses, alpacas, goats, and sheep.) A direct bus to the city center is just 350m away. It’s Not suitable for infants or the infirm.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. We charge €25 for hottub or sauna for one use. 2 person per cabin only.

Free street parking. Please note: due to the elevation there is a steep walk up the lane and a further 33 steps. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
