The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

Get away for a long weekend at our cozy lake house with covered back porch. Enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise over Lake Norman, enjoy an afternoon kayak ride, or roast marshmallows at night as you gaze at the stars! Downtown Mooresville is a 10 minute drive from the house where there are numerous restaurants / bars and entertainment such as indoor rock climbing, go carting, movies, bowling, and billiards.
