Situated on the west side of the lake with a private setting, unobstructed 180 degree view of the lake and Rocky mountains, which you can enjoy from the comfort of the front deck, Brand new screen room cozed up by the fireplace or 7 person hot tub. Direct access to Windermere lake via our private dock for boating, swimming or fishing off the dock. We also have paddle boards and kayaks for guests to use.

There is so much to see & do here: river floats, boating, lakes, biking & hiking, rafting, local markets, horseback riding and more! We look forward to seeing you!

Our 1800 sqft walkout bungalow is ideally situated on the quiet side of the neighbourhood with a large, private back deck nestled in the trees. Our home features 3 BR, 2 BA, upper living room, lower family room w/ TV and foosball, air conditioning, deck w/ sofa & bbq, and heated garage. 10 min walk to the beach, short drive to Panorama & several golf courses.

Over the river and through the woods, to the Little Bear Lodge, we go. This classic A-frame offers ski-in/ski-out access to Panorama Mountain Resort's silver platter lift. Tall trees surround the backyard deck, with a private hot tub to ease the mind, body & soul while gazing at the stars above. Whether you are here to hit the slopes, bike the trails, or kick back in front of a roaring wood-burning fireplace, this is it. The cabin is also loaded with kitchen gadgets, board games & books.

Enjoy BBQ and hot tub on the deck while you're at it! Our family lives in the white home about 200 yards from the cabin. We are busy so often don’t see guests but nearby if you need :) Just 7 minute drive to Invermere!
