This quirky little studio is surrounded by 3 acres. It is a small space offering private entry, undercover parking and outdoor cooking area. There are dogs, ponies, goat, sheep, chickens, rooster, ducks and often koalas on the property. Under 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. The Ancient Mariner is a stunning, spacious retreat that provides delicious breakfast supplies and also a decanter of port! Opposite is the nature reserve leading to the beautiful Colonnades surf beach! The Ancient Mariner is accessed through a gate that leads to your private courtyard. On entering the retreat you step into a fabulous, newly renovated private studio apartment located at the front of the main house, this has plenty of light flooding through the large picture windows that are over

Settlers Cottage at Korumburra

An ideal place for a couple seeking a romantic escape away from the hustle and bustle of city living, Settlers Cottage offers a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. From the bluestone verandah, unwind and enjoy the view overlooking Wilsons Prom with a glass of wine or beer with your favourite book or food. There is a full kitchen with all the comforts of home and a tastefully decorated bedroom/ensuite. 5 minutes to the township of Korumburra, there are numerous cafes and restaurants to explore.

Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.
