Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away. 1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

Mitchells Bay BnB

Take a break and unwind here with sea views off the deck, approx 300mtrs to a beautiful safe sandy beach great for Surfers, SUPS or sunbathing with changing sheds and seats. A few more steps to the Beachhouse restaurant to dine while watching the waves. The chinese takeaway at Taramea Bay for a quick dinner after a day at the beach. Wander our walking tracks and native bush walks close by. A delightful village with little shops to browse, friendly pubs and cafes is the place to be.

This cosy self-contained unit is ideal for anyone who enjoys a quiet walk in the bush or a refreshing estuary walk with both virtually on your doorstep. With only two minutes walk to the hospital this is also an ideal base for visiting friends and family who may be unwell. With a separate bedroom and available portacot this space is ideal for families. You'll find a fully equipped kitchenette and private bathroom, as well as a dining table, TV, wifi and offstreet parking.

We have 2 one bedroom units for rent they sit on 25 acres of farm land with beauitful views looking over bluff/Invercargill. 15 mins drive to Invercargill & 5 min drive to Bluff. You can rent one or both units the units has being newly built with double-glazing it is warm, sunny, clean & very quiet with everything you need for your stay. The units come with free complimentary continental breakfast, tea/coffee,water, milk, drink and biscuits.

Set in a private situation with some water and mountain views, 2 minutes walk down to a secluded beach which is linked by a walkway to Riverton’s main beach. North facing sunny bedroom with super comfy queen size bed with electric blanket, adjacent to separate toilet and bathroom guests have priority all in quiet location so close to Windsor shopping ,airport 9 mins, buses & 12 mins walk to centre city, sports stadium SIT and all local attractions and our beautiful Queens Park (4mins) I do have a well behaved friendly small dog (Jimmy) - safe off street parking - Continental breakfast
