Ideally located place that is perfect for a couple. Very near the City Market and lots of restaurants, bars, sightseeing. Ashton was very responsive when we potentially needed to cancel after the cancellation date, which we appreciated.

The only downfalls was the cellphone service wasn’t good at all and it wasen’t on the island but close enough drive over the bridge we couldn’t complain too much .. the neighborhood was quiet!

What a great stay! Christina is extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. The unit is beautiful and clean, and the instructions checking in and out were clear. I definitely recommend staying here!

I had an awesome stay at Lact's one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo right on Bay Street. You couldn’t ask for a better location—restaurants, bars, and all the best parts of downtown Charleston were just steps away. The condo was super clean, stylish, and felt really comfortable and welcoming. The king bed was super comfy, and having both a full and half bath made getting ready easy. The host was fantastic—super responsive and really made sure we had everything we needed. The building was safe and surprisingly quiet, even with everything going on around us. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Charleston.

Fantastic place for our weekend beach trip. Very walkable to the beach and local restaurants RIGHT BELOW. We didn’t need much for this short stay, so the loft style was perfect. Kyle was great with instructions and information! We will look at this space again on our next beach trip.

Everything was great - the location in downtown Conway is perfect, right within walking distance of so many great restaurants. Only minor critique is the use of HappyGuest in order to check in - its an arduous process requiring you to take pics of your license and a selfie, etc. Now, I will say that Kyle waived it for us but this should be waived for guests who have had a perfect rating in their time on this site. Overall, Kyle's place is awesome and absolutely worth staying in when near CCU or heading to the beach!

This was the perfect location for my wife and me. We spent 3 days at the North Charleston Coliseum and the other days in Charleston and surrounding areas. Our Airbnb was close to everything we did! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we felt safe there. Ronda was very responsive both prior to our trip and when we arrived. I needed distilled water for my sleep machine. I had asked her if there were any grocery stores between the airport and her place that were open late as we landed later in the evening. She didn't just give me stores to check out for the water, she had a gallon of distilled water there for me when we arrived. Above and beyond the call of duty! The place was clean and bright and we would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks Ronda!

Perfect spot, lots to do within walking distance. Steps away from the riverwalk, restaurants, and shops. Very clean and exactly as described! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay & plan to come back! It was the perfect location and perfect space for myself, husband and two young kids. 1 block from the beach and restaurants/ice cream/bars all walking distance. Evolve was very easy to keep in touch with: 100% recommend this room & location!
