Frank was a great host for our small group of mom’s. We enjoyed the space, sipping coffee and wine on the balcony. The place was near the King Street action but far enough to not be right in the mix.

We had a wonderful stay with our fur babies. The fenced in yard was a super plus ! The house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was amazing to cook in all appliances were clean and updated ! Wonderful family room and clean bathrooms .

The pictures matched. The beach is so close. Front swing and chairs on the back porch were used often and nice spot to have a drink and catch the breeze. Home is very clean. Host was responsive when we couldn’t figure out the AC at first arrival. Def recommended the property.

Mrs Victoria , was so polite, always available to guide us , the house is very comfortable, we had a very good time.

Amazing spot. Just a 5-10min walk to the beach. And stores near by if you ever need anything or forgotten something. Don was a wonderful and great host. Arcade games were great for down time, and the air hockey was fun. Drive way is a bit narrow but still easy to get in and out. Hot tub was great also. Ready for us to use the moment we got there.

We had a great time. The house is close to all that Pawleys Island has to offer, and far enough away to enjoy peaceful relaxation. We loved the pool and hot tub.

Had a great vacation. This was a clean great house and location with a quiet neighborhood. Very responsive to any needs. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a great stay (January-February)! The plan to escape a month of new England winter was made more enjoyable with the stay at this condo. We had great space to set up ‘work from home’, cozy area to catch up on Netflix and do a puzzle; and a roomy deck with a relaxing view for morning coffee and afternoon sun! We also loved the access to stores but especially to the the beach. We did not need to contact our host for any issues but trust he’d be responsive if needed.

This place was what we needed after a 6hour drive, and then spending all day at ball field . Coming back to a peaceful, relaxing, and great location made the trip so much better. I would highly recommend this location. Great parking, easy beach access, and everything at your finger tips just the cross walk over. Great spot.

This place was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our 1 year old. Everything was exactly as described and better! The only recommendation is a gate for the top of the stairs since majority of the house is located upstairs, as my little one is on the move. We had to be extra careful being in the living room/kitchen. We always bring a baby gate with us but due to the molding/trim it wouldn’t work. Other than that the place was perfect!

Great place and even better location. This airbnb truly had it all, the host really had every detail thought out. We loved our time on N. Topsail Island!

We had a wonderful time here ! Megann was always very quick to respond and helped with anything along the way. This condo is a peaceful resort away from the hustle and bustle of other beaches. Restaurant and workers were very helpful as well. Thank you for accommodating us 🫶🏼

Wir hatten zu fünft eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus bot genug Platz für uns alle und es war schön eingerichtet. Im Resort war alles fußläufig zu erreichen oder nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gegenüber vom Resort. Der Strand war ein Traum und wir haben die Tennisplätze gerne genutzt. Ein gelungener Urlaub!

Great place to take a family. Shuttle runs hourly to take you to the beach. The resort staff are friendly have lots of activities. The beach is beautiful and not over crowded.

Was a great stay! Will be coming back for a longer trip.
