This was a great location and stay! Myself, significant other and 5 kids ages 16 and under all stayed comfortably in the residence. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and have their own private space if needed. The accommodations were excellent and appropriate for what we needed. They provided a complementary upgrade to an ocean view suite, which was a great feature to our stay. Rob and Julia contacted through the app to ensure check-in and everything was going well. We will definitely be staying with these hosts again! Thanks again!

This place is exactly as pictured in a great location. It was very clean, well kept, and modern. We had a bit of trouble checking in due to the system messing up our guest name information but the hosts responded quickly, were able to resolve this issue, and made sure we were able to check in successfully. The hosts were very nice and their place was better than expected!

Second time we have rented from her and I highly recommend!!! Will be back soon!!

Phengs place was exactly as described! the view was perfect and the location was perfect as well too! it's close to all the attractions but yet still far away from a lot of the noise. there are so many amenities on site. we will definitely stay there again

The place was in a great location!! Walking distance to a great little coffee shop, restaurants and the pier, beach is right across the street from the beach, pool was clean! The only bad thing I have to say is the shower is truly very small and the shower head is not great, water takes a bit to warm up! Other than that great place and location!!

We enjoyed the location of this place (within 10min of the ocean front). The place was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The resort grounds were nice as well and wasn’t too big either. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Weslyn’s condo on the beach, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The condo is perfectly situated on the 1st floor, offering a convenient walk-out to the pool and the beach. The space itself is well appointed and clean. The location couldn’t be better – it’s close to a variety of restaurants and activities, so we never had to travel far for great food or fun things to do. Weslyn was an exceptional host. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway.

we enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub was awesome. The place was clean and fresh. I grilled hamburgers in record time on their grill. It was great.

No stress, calm and peaceful. Friendly dog and cat. Easy to come and go. All locations we needed to find were within a 10 minute range. Enjoyed getting to know Pia, she shared helpful information for outsiders visiting the area. We plan to stay again soon!

Amazing place for a couple or by yourself. Very clean. Great restaurants super convenient location. Wrightsville Beach is super close by and they provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. Quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best condos in Sands Ocean Hotel. Very upgraded and clean, and great view of the ocean. Will definitely book again.

The view is amazing! The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. My daughters slept comfortably on the pull out couch. The ocean front view is peaceful. The resort pools are cleaned every morning & weren’t over crowded. Easy access to the beach was a hit for our kids. The common areas of the resort are kept clean (hallways, elevators & pools). Washer and dryer in the unit works great, vacuum and broom in the room. (Thankful for this because of the sand that gets tracked in from the beach). Plenty of bath towels provided & starter amount of essentials (garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, some bath soaps ect) Hosts respond quickly and effectively and are very friendly. Overall great stay, we will stay again. This was our second time. :)

Nicholas is a great host , the place is worth for the money , great views and the most amazing thing is the walkable private beach , my family and especially my kids enjoyed a lot . Nicholas helped and replied all our questions he is a great host .
