Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

We loved the location, very walkable to coffee, food, and more. The proximity to the beach is fabulous, the space is well-equipped, and the local’s guide provided in the listing has all you need. Wish we had looked at it sooner but we’ll be back to explore some more! The hosts live above the unit and are friendly.

The apartment was super clean and had absolutely everything we could want or need while we were visiting. We had a couple questions the first day and Michael responded super quickly. The other tenants of the building are also very friendly and you can’t ask for a better view or location for beach days! We had 3 kids with us who needed naps and meals at varying times and it was soooo easy to just pop back and forth whenever we wanted or needed to. Having a washer and dryer were also convenient. And there are actually enough dishes for 6 people for a full day! We will definitely be going back here and highly recommend! 10/10

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

We truly loved our stay! Patricia was amazing to work with the entire time. The house was beautiful and the view was like a picture out of a magazine. If you are looking for a tranquil place for peace and quiet this is it. We had a place to reconnect as a family and just chill out…..St Augustine was a close drive and when we want to explore we were able to in just minutes. We hope to stay again! Thanks for everything!

This was my family's second stay at Hamish's place, and we loved it once again! Hamish was helpful and communicative ahead of time, the home is comfortable, has a beautiful view, and has everything we needed for the beach (even more than we imagined). Beach access is wonderful. There was also a new railing put in that helped my mom get up and down the stairs, and that made a big difference. You can tell that Hamish pays attention to details on his property and things are intentionally put together. Highly recommend. We'll be back!

The space was open, inviting and the view from the dock of the river was amazing! We used the boat and kayaks, fished from the dock, got to rest in the chairs next to the pool and swim. David was friendly and super responsive to all of our needs and questions. Definitely recommend for vacation or stay-cation!!!

The surroundings are unbeatable. The house is very comfortable. There are plenty of places to hang out, inside and out. The dock is fantastic! The house has great lighting, something that's often missing at AirBnB rentals. Kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It's close enough to St. Augustine that you can easily go there for the day, but far enough from everything that it feels very secluded. Publix is only about 15 minutes away in Palatka. Tyler was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay!

We use Airbnb and VRBO a great deal and Tonya’s house while Small is perfect for our needs. It was spotless and clean inside and out. Tonya is very responsive and helpful and very friendly. We felt like family when we met. We will definitely stay here again. The next time we visit our family in Jacksonville. Thank you Tanya.

Misti’s home was very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, great decks, amazing view, and loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very close to historic St. Augustine as well. Beautiful place! Location cannot be beat! We are locals and needed a place to stay while our home underwent renovations so we opted for a beach staycation. Walking distance to many great restaurants and beach spots and a front row seat to daily sunrise from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

Perfect location to walk to the beach. Can watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. We had one request and the host was very responsive. We took advantage of the link to sightseeing deals that was provided to us as well.

The condo is exactly as described. The views are incredible. It is a perfect location within 10-20 minutes of anything you could want to do. Loved the private beach access and pools. The owners provided everything you need for a fun day at the beach!

Condo was great! Short walk across the parking lot to the public beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk/loft beds. Unit is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator so be prepared for that. Super close to great restaurants, ice cream, & putt putt. We would stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! The AC was down when we arrived (early, but the hosts were very accommodating). We left for the beach, came back and went to dinner and it was working perfectly when we got back. Pamela was very proactive to getting it fixed. The condo was clean, tidy, and a great place to vacation. Being right on the beach, you simply had to grab your chairs and you’re steps away from the ocean. Highly recommend!
