Breathtaking backyard and view. The beds were the most comfortable ones out of all airbnbs I’ve stayed at. I definitely recommend staying here and enjoying the relaxing environment.

The Marshside Getaway was a wonderful little spot tucked into an older neighborhood surrounded in old growth Live oaks, pines, and cypresses coated in Spanish moss. The marsh view from the private backyard was full of abundant wildlife of all types. Easy to find and easy to access all parts of Jacksonville and surrounding area. The Hanna park was very large and well kept with tons of wildlife. I would recommend this to anyone and re-book in the future. Our kids asked at one point if we could live there! :)

My group and I originally picked Green Cove Springs simply because of the available space and the close proximity to the wedding venue in which our friends were to hold their ceremony. Upon arrival, we quickly realized we got so much more. Lost among the trees along the shore of the St. John's River, the quiet scenery was just as described to us. And, while otherwise out of the way of the main roads, local restaurants and stores were well within driving distance. I wish we had more time to spend on the property itself, but what little we did was more than satisfactory for us all.

Loved staying here - perfect for the kids and lots to do nearby. We weren’t in the “heart” of downtown but that didn’t matter- only a 5 minute drive away.

WOW! This place was amazing to say the least. It had everything you could imagine wanting to do on the water and then some! You cannot go wrong staying here. We will definitely be back!

Jill was extremely friendly and responsive. The bed is super comfortable and it's in a peaceful neighborhood.

Paul was amazing he was extremely kind and responsive to all of us. Something very little happened and Paul was quick to resolve it even if it wasn’t a big deal and made sure we were ok and gladly helped out as quickly as possible. Never have or my friends had a more amazing person do our air b&b we hope next year to see him and his places again!!!

Dani was by far informative, reachable, and friendly when it came to responding and providing between us. The place was by far relaxing and tranquil, we honestly did not know places like this were in Florida. Overall, I would highly recommend Dani and this beautiful home everyday that ends in "y". Thank you!!!

Phenomenal stay! My family had an amazing time, the kids loved the playground and treehouse. The house was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with an artsy touch. We felt right at home, especially cooking and dining together. The peaceful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and stunning sunset views from the dock made it extra special. The host was awesome and super responsive. We’d definitely come back!
