We had a great stay at Derek’s place. It was the perfect location by the beach while also being a short drive/uber ride to downtown/historic St Augustine. Both the main house and the guest house were fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were heated without us needing to request it or pay a an extra fee. You essentially get two rentals with this booking so it is great for couples or small families/extended families traveling together. I will book this again in the future for sure

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and a great spot for a relaxing getaway. The price was very reasonable for everything the property offered. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with great hospitality!

We loved the house and the back yard. We felt comfortable and had everything we need to enjoy our stay. Alejandro was very responsive and helpful!

This space was perfect for our girls weekend! The space is exactly as shown in the pictures and was so bright. It was very close to all of the things in the city we wanted to do including the winery and St. George Street and the neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. The outside space and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, but the communication did leave some to be desired. We would love to stay here again if/when we go back to St. Augustine.

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

Wonderful Airbnb experience! The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, great decor/style and the amenities were lovely. Sweta’s communication was spot on and made our stay worry free! St Augustine has oodles of rental options and we’re so appreciative of the perfect stay! You can’t go wrong here.

We had a blast! Close to everything you’d want to see, so short drive times to everything we did. End unit so a little more private than the other condos in the community. Easy walk straight from condo to beach.
