My family and I stayed here for a single night on our way to Orlando. We have been to St. Augustine many times. For the most part, the hotels in the area are subpar. Finding Eileen’s beautiful home was perfect! It is incredibly spacious and clean. I highly suggest booking Eileen’s Cabana if you are going to be visiting St. Augustine!

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen which made the stay very comfortable. Washer and dryer. Beach umbrella, chairs, and towels. Other extras that were very considerate. We brought our dog and enjoyed going for walks in the friendly neighborhood. Jon is quick to respond to any questions. We are looking forward to returning next year. We would highly recommend this house.

Gibbs' place was great - very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A short drive to all of St. Augustine's action and the parking pass saved me a LOT of money. Totally worth it!

House was beautiful and well-appointed with lovely decor. Very comfortable house. Beds and bathroom were clean. The reason I removed one star from cleanliness is that there were wet moldy coffee grounds in the filter in the coffee maker that hadn’t been cleaned. House does not have a hair dryer which they advise of in advance but would be nice to include. They should also consider room darkening curtains for the bedrooms. Overall excellent stay.

The surroundings are unbeatable. The house is very comfortable. There are plenty of places to hang out, inside and out. The dock is fantastic! The house has great lighting, something that's often missing at AirBnB rentals. Kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It's close enough to St. Augustine that you can easily go there for the day, but far enough from everything that it feels very secluded. Publix is only about 15 minutes away in Palatka. Tyler was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay and was fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone.

This place was perfect for our Jax getaway. The space was able to accommodate my family of 3 without any problem. We had a few questions before & during our trip and the response were always quick!!! The community amenities (specifically the pool 😁) were added bonuses for our preteen. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Well-located, convenient, quiet location. Nice, roomy and comfortable unit. Undine (host) very accommodating, responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to others and likely to stay here when we visit in the future.

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Raymond’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Raymond was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.

Jorge's place was an amazing location with tons of restaraunts, entertainment, and amenities available during the duration of the stay. It has great highway access and can reach any of your travel destinations to beaches in the beautiful coast within 30mins or so. I found that his place provided a nice and comfy stay as well, I felt right at home and was able to rest easy as the neighborhood was much better than others displayed on Ab&b.

We had a great time! We came for a concert at VyStar and enjoyed having a place that was close by so we could all hang out afterward.

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)

We absolutely loved our stay! The neighborhood is great—walkable, green, and filled with well-kept homes and yards. It was quiet at night and felt very private. The shared driveway with the garage apartment tenant was never an issue. The home itself is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully lit. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the comfortable mattress and pillows for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, with high-quality appliances (including a range hood that vents outside—a great plus!). There were plenty of dishes and tableware, and while the pots, pans and tools were fairly basic, they did the job well. We also appreciated the nice assortment spices, which made cooking full meals easy and enjoyable. Extra touches like the high-quality beach chairs were much appreciated. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish, and the hosts deserve a lot of credit for creating this welcoming experience

Wonderful historic home and beautiful property. We had the pool heated for our entire stay to fully enjoy the tropical back yard which is every bit as good as in the photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avondale makes it quick to grab a bite to eat. The master has a lovely little veranda although the French doors and proximity to the street can let road noise in. The home is furnished with everything you need plus extra touches like fruit, coffee and fresh flowers from Angela. The house was especially clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

This home and property is absolutely spectacular. The home is beautiful and the lake on the property is breathtaking and peaceful. This place is a 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a peaceful and gorgeous getaway with friends or family and very close to downtown St. Augustine.
