Great clean little unit and excellent, safe, offstreet parking.

Private and cosy upstairs lodging with plenty of space for two, every amenity you could possibly imagine, as well as thoughtful snacks. We stayed over the Easter weekend and loved the cute Easter bilby on top of the Tim Tams! The location could hardly get any better in terms of balancing convenience for accessing the city, while still having a peaceful, safe suburban environment with plenty of nature and wildlife. Diana and Lew were warm and welcoming, showing us around thoroughly on arrival and kindly letting us bring our large suitcase in through the front where there were fewer stairs. Throughout our stay, they were very respectful of our privacy, giving us the feeling that we had the entire place to ourselves, while still being easily reachable at all times. It was an excellent experience and I can see why this place is a guest favourite!

Great place to stay when visiting Sydney, close to a train station and has a private parking space for you to put your car and commute.

Absolutely great stay—more than worth the value. Clean, no-fuss space with super clear instructions and great communication throughout. The location is ideal: a short stroll to vibrant Enmore Road and also close to Stanmore Station, so it’s incredibly convenient. Quiet, safe surroundings and a responsive, accommodating host made everything smooth. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

A quiet and comfortable stay close to the restaurants of Newtown and Marrickville where I was doing a course for the weekend. Simple accommodation but everything you need for a good night’s rest.

The safest and peaceful place to stay. Even we didn’t plan to spend much time at the house we enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. The location was great and we parked our car in the car park and walked to the train station to go to the city. If we to go to Sydney again in the future we will definitely stay here. Thank you.

This Airbnb is a hidden gem. Very comfortable units that are close to Stanmore Railway Station, shops and cafes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Stanmore suburb is under the airport flight path, so it is somewhat noisy during the day. Sydney Airport has a curfew from 11 PM to 6 AM.

Unser Aufenthalt war prima, die Wohnung war großzügig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Super Verkehrsanbindung. Lokale sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.

All round high quality and very comfortable stay. Very comfy bed and I loved the huge lemon scented tree out front.

Olga est une personne adorable ainsi que Paul. Malgré que la location ait été faite au dernier moment, Olga a su Gérer rapidement et professionnellement mon arrivée malgré leur départ en week-end. Lieu calme, propre avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner simplement, situé dans une belle résidence, ce petit studio est vraiment bien situé. Effectivement, la vue sur le toit vaut le détour. il m’a été proposé d’accéder à la piscine et spa dans une autre résidence, je n’ai pas utilisé néanmoins j’ai trouvé leur proposition extrêmement sympathique. Malgré ma mauvaise expression et compréhension orale en anglais, Olga a eu la patience de m’écrire des textos afin que je puisse traduire et lui répondre facilement. Merci à vous deux, je n’hésiterai pas à vous envoyer du monde. Je recommande à 100 %.

My daughter had the most amazing stay at this Seaforth studio. It was as incredible as the photos showed and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Sarah and Jay were lovely hosts. The neighbourhood was lovely - serene, quiet and safe to walk through after dark. Public transport was very easy to reach, with options to travel within a wide range of Sydney and outer metro destinations. The Airbnb was so very well-stocked with kitchen equipment, a really good range of basic staples, cleaning and personal supplies - possibly the best I've ever stayed at. The garden was beautiful and tranquil, with a delightful range of "visitors" - of the furry kind. Thank you both for making us feel so very welcome. I'd highly recommend this to Sydney visitors.

Robbie’s place is perfect for guests who want the benefit of enjoying one of Sydney’s most beautiful beaches and easy access to impressive dining and shopping options whilst feeling like they are staying in their own sanctuary. This is also a rare and special property for those who want to share the experience with their pets. Robbie was very responsive to any communication or requests and is clearly committed to ensuring that her guests have the very best experience she can provide.

My husband and I stayed at Francis's AirBnB for 1.5 weeks and it was definitely the most comfortable AirBnB (after staying a 4 different AirBnBs in 4 weeks). It's cozy, comfortable, bright and extremely clean. The layout of the AirBnb was very well thought through with external solar lights that brighten up the external walkways when coming home late night. We like how the large windows open up to a beautiful and serene garden. Francis was extremely pro-active ensuring we have what we needed for our stay. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and restful! Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay. Easy access to public transit for central Sydney, grocery shopping within walking distance, and beautiful walks in Flat Rock Gully. Gary is a great host. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely Airbnb, great location - only a 45 min bus into the centre of Sydney with the bus stop a short walk away. Right on the beach front, where you can sit and watch the surfers all day. A short 5 min walk away from a Metro with all you could need. Spectacularly clean, comfortable bed and heaps of natural light. Super private and peaceful, Emma and family are there on hand if you need them but also respect your space. The outdoor space is so lovely. Prompt and great communication, Emma even let us know that we could check in early which was a god send after an 8 hour flight from Singapore. Would highly recommend!

Everything was good. Respectful person, also I got money back after booking a garage I didnt need anymore after selling my car. Good area. A Mall with a Supermarket not more than 5-10 min away.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war super, da man schnell am Bahnhof ist und so gut und schnell in die Stadt kommt. Das Zimmer ist sehr privat und schön eingerichtet. Etwas hellhörig, wenn Z.b. vor der Garage Müll abgeholt wird. Aber da die Straße wenig befahren ist hält sich der Lärm in Grenzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

A lovely place to stay, which felt like home. Everything was available to cook at home. Used the BBQ and garden area frequently, which was lovely to sit out in in the evenings. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops and bus stops to the City. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Studio City Apartment for close to a month and its awesome. Very convenient location with direct buses going into the CBD. A big Coles just behind the apartments and a wide variety of food choices around its vicinity. The only downside is that there is a bar (Crowbar Sydney) across the street and it gets quite noisy on Friday nights, especially if your window face Balmain Road.However, watching those drunken making a fool of themselves outside the club can be quite entertaining if you are free=)

Dare was so helpful during our stay! We have just moved to Sydney and Dare put us at ease during our first week, sharing valuable local advice, helping us get settled, and recommending some great ways to help us secure long term accommodation in Sydney. The Airbnb itself was great, the perfect space for a couple, and close to the train station/bus stop as well as some lovely local coffee shops. Kingston the dog was also a huge plus. Definitely would stay again!

Melissa provided a peaceful retreat, it was very relaxed. She Was always asking if I had everything I needed. The location is excellent 7min to the train at St Peter's and 7 min to Marrickville metro where you can get all your groceries and there also plenty of food options. It's also awalkable distance to Newtown

Great location- near the airport. Very private setting. Ideal for a few nights. The local area has wonderful restaurants & a great Vietnamese ice cream shop.
