Pemberton Cottage is a quiet and cosy retreat in a rural setting with unspoilt views of Ingleborough approximately 1.5 m from Ingleton village centre. Situated on the border of Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, the cottage is perfectly located to explore the lakes and yorkshire dales, or to simply relax. Nestled in the countryside 0.5miles from the nearest pub there are plenty of fantastic eateries, open-air swimming pool, waterfalls walk, caves and the spectacular ribblehead viaduct

We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

Located on the village square Bear Cottage is in the heart of Ingleton, with cosy open plan living downstairs, 1 double bedroom, tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, toaster etc, the lounge area has a smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, fast wifi, smart speaker. There are smart low energy electric radiators throughout, a small well behaved dog is also welcome downstairs.

The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.
