Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The whole place is wonderfully light and airy with large windows and high ceilings. Free off-road parking, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee & tea. Bedding and towels are provided.

Less than two miles away is the stunning market town of Holmfirth, recently featured on Channel 5's Yorkshire Great & Small and commonly known for the TV series, The Last of the Summer Wine. There you will find independent shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a live music venue, the Picturedrome.

A unique balcony makes the most of the woodland views. In 5 minutes you can be on the Trans Pennine Trail - excellent for cycling & walking trips. The cottage is 5 minute walk to the local Camra pub (The Huntsman) and The Cottage Bakery just over the road. Excellent speed fibre broadband. Themed rooms due to my big collection of items.

It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area. Bedding and a selection of bath and hand towels are provided. There is some complementary tea, coffee and milk if requested . You have reserved parking outside the property. We are very close to Holmfirth its 5.4 miles 13 min drive

The Langsett is a beautiful 1 bedroom holiday home with fully fitted kitchen, separate bathroom and Underfloor heating. In a rural setting, close to Holmfirth, Langsett reservoir and the Trans Pennine trail. Fabulous views, private parking in spacious grounds. Perfect for walkers, cyclists or just to unwind and relax in beautiful surroundings. Country pubs close by and Penistone with pubs, restaurants and shops 5 minutes away.
