This is a gem in Indianapolis. Spent three nights for a conference and couldn’t be happier with my pick. Place looked so much better than I could ever expect. Convenient commute to downtown Indianapolis, lots of amenities around and a beautiful park next to the property. Hosts are awesome, have clearly traveled around and know what they’re doing in terms of user experience and attention to detail. Beds are incredible!!! huge perk after long days of standing and walking around. There is an incredible material put together by the host breaking down eats, drinks, musts and everything you need to know (and only the important things!) to enjoy your stay. Thank you for taking care of us. Highly recommended stay!

We stayed here while attending a conference down the street. The location was convenient as well as the parking garage just across the street (cheaper than the surrounding garages too). The place was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It’s a quiet space too, no noisy neighbors.

Javon’s place was absolutely spectacular for our weekend getaway. Once I arrived she promptly introduced herself and her pup. She was very responsive and extremely polite and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend. Decor and living room was very tastefully decorated I might add!

This place was a great place to have a mini vacation for Spring Break. The ponds had ducks, geese, fish, and a cute otter that was always swimming around. We saw the goose nest and the next day there were her eggs. The boys loved hiking around, fishing, and doing s'mores over the fire pit. The house was decorated nicely and had plenty of space. There was an amazing game room that I must have forgotten was included, so it was a wonderful surprise for the boys. We went to the Children's museum and to a Trampoline Park. Ate out a couple times and cooked in a few times. Overall, this was an amazing trip thanks to the property, amenities, host, and the fun activities Indianapolis had to offer.

This was a great place. I visit my kids and this place had books, blocks, games, and plenty of space. I recommend this place.

Best place we have stayed in South Bend, our son is a senior at Notre Dame, and I only wish we had found this sooner. Teena went above and beyond to make our family comfortable, stocking the kitchen with a few of our favorite things and making sure we knew how to get in to the house before arrival. The home is very comfortable, with space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Bathroom was stocked with products in case we forgot anything. Location is walkable to ND campus, Eddy street and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We could not be more grateful to Teena for making our stay special and memorable. Thank you, we will be back!

We had a great time! Private fishing pond, if you are wanting a nature getaway this is your place. Very secluded, big yard, fire pit, was a very relaxing weekend! The hosts are very responsive. All around a wonderful stay.

Lots of construction around but this place was immaculate! Cute, smelt good, spacious, and the host was always quick to respond! Will definitely be booking again!
