This place left me and my 20 family members in awe. ITS BEAUTIFUL AND HUGE! We had 10 adults and 10 kids and the house was packed with activities for all of us. The pool was a big hit with both adults and kids, the garage air hockey and backyard mini golf were always occupied, and the coffee machine ran all day! The house was very easy to keep cold as there are multiple fans and thermostats everywhere. The fans on the porch and balcony were life savers too. The pool came jam packed with toys from the chest outside. The fire pit was definitely a must for the kids smores! Im not going to lie, we were deff loud some nights both indoors and outdoors and it didn’t cause any issues. There was enough bathrooms to keep us all clean throughout our stay and a bonus washer and dryer! Overall the trip was BANGING! We will most definitely one back again for sure! We did do one beach day and wish we did more since we were so close to the beach! Thanks again for the amazing stay!!

Really nice for a weekend getaway! The alligator walls were very cute and coastal. Shower was very nice and it was close to our friends in St. Petersburg.

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

This place was great for the price. Good location, only a couple miles from downtown Clearwater and a couple miles the other direction you’re in downtown Dunedin. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose this location to spend the holidays with family. When we entered the house there was a christmas tree and christmas music playing which was such a thoughtful touch. The home was very cozy and was in a perfect location. It is a short walk to restaurants and downtown safety harbor.

We were in town for a family wedding and were looking for convenient, comfortable, affordable accommodations. The Mint House fit the bill! Daniel reached out to make sure we were settling in, and to see if we needed anything. The unit was very neat, clean, and had the amenities that make you feel like you are at home away from home. And there were also thoughtful little touches - like snacks on the dining table and little makeup towelettes in the bathroom - that tell me the host is willing to go the extra mile for his guests. 100% would recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Biljana’s home! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The entire house was spotless on our arrival. Everything inside is totally upgraded and has beautiful finishes. The floors are gorgeous and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the fact the house was stocked with toiletries (shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels) etc. and the fact they have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even a cooler for you to use. They truly let you into their home with open arms and allow you to access all their things. The heated saltwater pool was warm at 80 degrees and clean. The pool vacuum is awesome and clears all the debris in just an hour or so. Biljana and her husband respond to all your needs very quickly and are so friendly! Only thing I may recommend is updating some outdoor pool furniture such as the patio table and chairs. Would 100% stay here in the future!

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

Vildana is a fabulous host. She allowed us to check in an hour early, and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a great time at her place.

Wow!! over from the UK and so happy we found this property. The property itself is fantastic, spacious, nicely presented and provides everything needed. Views were absolutely exceptional, so peaceful across the waterways on the lower balcony for morning coffee where we did see a dolphin one day and further across Clearwater from the roof terrace which was a lovely area to relax and chill out. Cam was an exceptional host keeping us fully informed and responding so quickly to all of my questions during our week. We preferred the beach during the day, which was lovely and such a short walk. The use of the towels and umbrella for our days there was appreciated. All in All this goes down as one of the best weeks we’ve had away.

Will 100% be back! The home was beautiful and felt like we were at our own private resort. Thoughtful touches throughout. To be on the water but walkable to the beach - all around an incredible week. It was private. The host was awesome, great at anticipating our needs and super responsive when needed. Takes great pride in a well maintained and updated home. Home was stocked with all that we needed. Didn’t want to leave! Hard to believe it was better in person than the photos show!

Very friendly host with a beautiful home. Upstairs bedroom & pvt bathroom with tv were very clean. I am happy i did not spend twice as much on a hotel room! This was my first air bnb stay & on short notice. I would definitely re-book in the future

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.
