Entire property is fenced & exclusively yours—no sharing, full privacy. A private viewpoint is within the property (short, steep hike). The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities.
