Great place for a staycation. Definitely worth the price you are paying for. The caretaker, Sherly and unit owner, Neslie, were very easy to communicate with. We even stayed for one additional night because of a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends who wants to stay at azure.

The unit has a nice home-like feeling. There's no excessive clutter, no kitschy signs all over the walls or striving for 'gram photos. It's a simple environment with a small sink and a lower quiet room where a small child could sleep. The loft area had a standard bed for two adults and a floor mattress for one. The aircon had no problems keeping the unit cool. The bathroom was a bit tight but you have what you need and the shower water is heated. Hosts were responsive and straight-forward. We had no trouble using Grab to get to & from (use Mario Mio or its parking lot). And to remind readers, you will not have Internet in the unit unless you bring your own.

Totally worth the value and great location. Billy is quick with responses and very professional. Definitely will be staying again next time I visit the Philippines. Thanks Billy.

节后带着爸妈来旅行。阳光沙滩，干净整洁的房间，走十多分钟就有一个大型shoppingmall。里面有各国美食。公寓里自带泳池，人工波浪。小型篮球场。晚上泳池边有音乐酒吧。边吹着海风边喝自制鸡尾酒，非常惬意，下次介绍朋友来。

We had a great 12-day stay at this spacious studio. The kitchen has a frying pan, plates, and utensils, and towels are provided. A washer is available, which was a big plus for us. It would’ve been nice if basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash) and drinking water were provided, especially for longer stays. However, the price was the best on Airbnb, and the host made check-in and check-out easy. For amenities outside the host’s control: the pool costs 150 PHP per person, even for toddlers, and parking is 250-300 PHP per night, which feels pricey. Overall, a solid, well-priced option!

Me and my family had a great stay for our despedida. The unit is clean and spacious. They have a very big TV and we enjoyed it for our movie marathon. Wifi is fast and the unit is well equipped.

Roselle is a great host, very kind, gave clear instructions, easy to talk to and responsive. Checking in was easy, the bldg itself was nice, staff n security personnel were all kind and approachable. The unit was spacious, it’s bigger than the usual bnbs around the area. Everything I needed for my stay was there. It’s a cozy n clean place. Huge plus that parking and the gym were free. Would definitely book this place whenever I have errands in mnl.

Maganda yung place nagustuhan ko, sobrang lapit lang sa airport tas pagbaba mo my kainan n agad like fastfood,resto,malapit rin sa sa supermarket. Happy nmn ako s pgstay. All in all, marerecommend ko nmn sya. very responsive ang host and mabait.

The check-in process was easy and smooth. Instructions provided were clear and detailed. Key pickup method was convenient. The host was responsive. Response time was quick. The property was clean and well-maintained. Essential amenities (Wi-Fi, towel, kitchen items) were available.

1. All the appliances are working perfectly. Love that they have induction range where you can cook simple meals. 2. Sofa is convertible to bed. I wish they have extra blanket since we are 4 people. 3. Love their towels - thick and can easily dry you up. 4. Bed is also comfy. 5. The room is near the elevator and pool access which is great for family especially if you have kids. It is also located in 2nd floor which has easy access to stairs in case of emergency. My comments for improvement. 1. New tissues 2. Add more condiments atleast. 3. A bit dusty Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely put this as one of our favorite place to stay during summer time. The pools are big too for kids and adults. Oh, btw for some reason. You are not allowed to eat in the pool area. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The place is practically brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cooking pans, a microwave, an oven, free water and even an ice maker. The overall vibe of the place is very cozy and inviting. The pool is incredibly relaxing, and some rooms even have direct access to it. Architecturally and structurally, the property is truly impressive. One small recommendation would be to add pin lights or lighting inside the wardrobes, as it can be a bit tricky to find your things at night. We did encounter a minor hiccup during our stay, but the on-site caretaker handled it quickly and professionally. They were easy to reach and very dependable. A tip for future guests — make sure to follow the map provided by the host carefully, as there are ongoing roadworks in the area and a wrong turn could lead you onto a rough road. Overall, our stay was truly pleasant, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The place is nice, clean, complete. We didn’t need anything from them like cookwares, utensils, the water pressure is also great and the location is nice accesible to the pool, also the aircon is cold. Thanks.
