Tutto ok. La casa era come è descritta su airbnb. Pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Tutto tutto bene

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

Tout était parfait! Milva et son mari sont des personnes très chaleureuses, accueillantes, généreuses, donnant des conseils de visites touristiques en fonction de ce que nous recherchions. L'appartement qu'ils proposent est magnifique, personnalisé, très propre, bien rangé, dans lequel il y a plus que ce qui est décrit. Milva nous a gâtés avec des petits déjeuners copieux et variés. En plus de ce lieu magnifique, nous avons rencontré des personnes très sympathiques, présentes tout en étant discrètes. Pour nous, il s'agit du meilleur airbnb que nous ayons loué.

The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Corrado ist ein Gastgeber mit Herz!! Wir wurden herzlich im Empfang genommen und voller Stolz erzählte er uns über Casa Teresa und Vila Faraldi. Corrado hatte auch ein Buch mit wertvollen Tipps parat und zeigte uns die Unterkunft ganz genau, sodass wir uns gleich wohl fühlten. Er war immer gut zu erreichen und super nett :) Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos. Wir fanden es spannend genauer die Geschichte der Unterkunft zu erfahren: es war ursprünglich mal ein kleiner Laden und Corrado hat es nun super schön hergerichtet. Vila Faraldi ist ein kleines süßes Dörfchen. Man fühlt sich hier oben keineswegs einsam, aber es ist eben sehr ruhig und still. (wir wollten das so) Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und man fühlt sich sicher (es ist nicht zu abgelegen). Wir hatten unsere Rennräder dabei: große Empfehlung! Von dem Dorf aus kann man tolle Touren machen. Es hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen und wir können den Aufenthalt bei Corrado nur empfehlen:)

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het huis ligt op een fantastische locatie in Ospedaletti, met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Je loopt in 5 à 8 minuten naar het strand – via een aantal trappen naar beneden of, voor wie liever zonder trappen gaat, gewoon via de weg. Het huis zelf is gezellig, authentiek en met veel smaak ingericht in een lichte retrostijl, waar wij erg van houden. Alles is aanwezig: een complete keuken met oven, vaatwasser en een goed werkende wasmachine. Het ruime terras en de charmante tuin – allebei met zeezicht – maken het helemaal af. En de huisbaas? Een ontzettend vriendelijke en lieve vrouw met wie we heel prettig contact hadden. Dit is zonder twijfel het mooiste plekje van Ospedaletti. We komen zeker terug!

Great stay in the mountains of Coaraze, a breath away from Nice and close to numerous hiking trails around the Mercantour area. The accomodation itself however invites you to stay, not leave for anything but just relax, enjoying the views and feeling at home. The house has that homey feeling you want with all the equipment you need. Spacious, beautifully crafted and secluded, this spot gives you instant relaxation upon arrival. The deck is perfect for sunbathing and bird spotting and the bedrooms are light and relaxed with adjourning bathrooms on both rooms. All in all a perfect get away home that helps you relax, unwind and get in touch with nature!

Proprietari disponibili accoglienti e flessibili negli orari. L'alloggio è bellissimo, fornito veramente di tutto, ben disposto ma soprattutto pulito. La loggia nel giardino è l'ideale per rilassarsi e il silenzio è meraviglioso. Posteggio interno con cancello automatico. Una famiglia super educata che ci ha ospitato per un momento di relax

Angela ist eine vorzügliche super freundliche und äusserst korrekte Gastgeberin. Bei allen Frage antwortete sie sofort und sie war persönlich schnellstens or Ort, wenn wir sie brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und alles ist sehr schön gestaltet uns eingerichtet.Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mühle liegt wie im Bilderbuch malerisch in einem grossen wunderschönen Garten , umgeben von Natur , oberhalb ist die Kirche von Moltedo mit ihrem wunderschönen Glockenklängen. Abends heimzukehren und die Auffahrt entlangzufahren, war wie in einem Märchen, wunderschön mit der beleuchteten Mühle und Garten, der Kirche und den Häusern in den Dörfern oberhalb. Das Meer konnte leicht in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht werden, Dolcedo Montegrazie und alle zauberhaften Orte sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Evelyn

Il marito della proprietaria è stato gentile e disponibile, la casa era pulitissima e l’idromassaggio bellissimo, se state solo un giorno però non è detto che riusciate ad usarlo perché va solo su prenotazione da segnare su una lavagnetta nella sala comune. Consiglio

As a group of two families with two little ones (2 year olds) there was plenty of space and we felt right at home straight away. The pool and jacuzzi were firm favourites! The place is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. The walk down (it really is down - lots of steps!) to the harbour in the morning was lovely and a great place to pick up some breakfast from the boulangerie. The place is well equipped, clean and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful. We will definitely be back!

je suis partie avec deux amies et nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour chez Angela. Angela est d'une gentillesse extrême, serviable et accueillante. À notre grand plaisir, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir son jardin qui regorge de diverses plantes magnifiques.. pas besoin d'aller dans un jardin botanique.. un plaisir pour les yeux et de belles senteurs. je recommande bien entendu Angela🙏🙏 merci beaucoup encore à elle pour son accueil

Casa pulitissima ed arredamento nuovo. A 30 secondi a piedi dalla spiaggia. Posto auto comodo in cortile. Host reattivo.

Excellent séjour dans un lieu atypique. Pierre est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique et toujours aux petits soins.

Everything went more than smoothly, from check-in to check-out. Matteo is a very helpful and responsive host, the check-in instruction were appropriate and clear. The house is as described, has everything you would need and there's a nice BBQ place. The rooms are clean and bright, with amazing views. Great outdoor spaces with a dinning table, a mini-fireplace and outdoor chairs. An additional comment should be added regarding the surrounding zone, it's peaceful and quiet, you can submerse in a complete relax without no one around, being a big private territory. And what a view on both the village at night and on the mountain at the right side, we were in April and it was still covered with snow! A big thanks to Matteo for hosting us :)

Merci pour l'accueil, nous avions fait une longue journée à vélo et il nous a gentillement amené en voiture le soir au restaurant reservé a 1,5km pour nous éviter d'y aller à pied!

Un coin de paradis! Le temps suspendu, le jardin magnifique, les balades aux alentours, le printemps et son parfum. Se poser après les randos déguster des spritz et faire des barbecues. Avoir hâte de dormir dans ce lit ou le linge sentait bon. Se réveiller et déguster un très bon petit déjeuner les yeux émerveillés par les contrastes de vert. Merci à vous de nous avoir partager votre coin de paradis.

Casa indipendente situata in una posizione tranquilla in un piccolo paese di montagna, è attrezzata in tutto ordinata e pulita. Per la nostra prima vacanza con i nostri due cani è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare perché lo spazio esterno è recintato e sicuro e ci siamo goduti in assoluta pace e tranquillità il nostro soggiorno. Tutto intorno regna il silenzio, i vicini sono persone cordiali e discrete ed è sicuramente un bel punto di partenza per passeggiare e vedere paesaggi di montagna splendidi. L'idea del non WiFi per noi è stata ottima per staccare la spina e assaporare in pieno il silenzio e la pace della valle, comunque uscendo da casa e scendendo un po' a valle si ristabilisce la rete. Assolutamente da ripetere!!

Tutto perfetto! Panorama stupendo. Al nostro arrivo c’era solo la struttura un po’ calda essendo che c’era un caldo infernale, però l’abbiamo raffredata con aria condizionata rapidamente per un paio d’ore in modo che alla notte si potesse dormire bene. Per il resto tutto ok.

Historisch en basaal huisje dat zijn charme ontleent aan de prachtige ligging. Loop 30 meter en je hebt een fantastisch uitzicht. Je kunt er heerlijk wandelen en het klooster beneden is zeer interessant. De matige wifi hebben wij als een zegen ervaren. Daardoor een ouderwetse vakantie. Wij hadden ‘de berg’ nog voor onszelf. Inmiddels staat er een mooie accommodatie naast het huisje. Heel fijne hosts!
