Lucrezia was responsive and helpful. The house is nice and peaceful, in the contryside. You must have a car to reach it. Overall a good deal if you don't want to stay in the city

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

We had an exceptionally pleasant experience during our stay. The host Guendalina and her husband Paolo were extremely kind and always available. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and just a short five minutes walk from the historic center of Ferrara. Everything was within walking distance. The biggest hit with the kids was the football table. We will definitely return to gorgeous Ferrara for a longer stay.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

l'alloggio di Valentina è bellissimo, le foto rispecchiano la realtà, si trova all' interno di un residence, con parcheggio riservato), in una zona tranquilla, ma vicino a un supermercato (10 minuti a piedi) a Viale Dante(10 minuti a piedi), con un parco vicino molto grande, con area giochi per bambini e aree cani per chi, come noi, viaggia con il cane. ci ha accolti il marito di Valentina, molto gentile, ci ha spiegato quello che doveva e ci ha suggerito qualche posto giusto per mangiare, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, non è esposto al sole, il terrazzo è fantastico, ampio, con spazio per mangiare e un bel dondolo comodo(conteso da tutti), per il nostro cane ci hanno fatto trovare un tappeto con una ciotola e un pensierino mangereccio per lui, abbiamo molto apprezzato i teli bagno di tre colori differenti, così da essere distinguibili, grazie per l' ospitalità

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Miejsce jest cudowne ! Domek miał wszystko czego potrzeba, wspaniała przestrzeń przed domkiem- prywatny grill, stol z krzesłami, leżaki, parasol i grill. Do najbliższego sklepu jakieś 10 min samochodem, w miejscowosci pratovecchio i Stia na znajduje się kilka wspaniałych restauracji. Strefa z basenem jest wspaniała- basen jest czysty, leżaki wygodne i NIESAMOWITY widok. Zdecydowanie polecam zdecydowanie na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt !

We had a really good time there, the surroundings were really beautiful and peaceful. We'll definitely recommend if you want to be in a pefect, calm place in the heart of the nature. At the arrival we were gifted with a wonderful bottle of red wine. Thank you for your hospitality again.

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

L appartamento è inerente sia alle foto che alla descrizione dell annuncio,pulito,munito di tutti i comfort situato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e da tutti i negozi utili pizzerie,ristoranti,minimarket e tutto ciò che può offrire un luogo di villeggiatura.Una splendida veranda chiusa con finestre che si possono aprire rende l appartamento ancora più vivibile i nostri gatti ne hanno fatto sin da subito la loro stanza relax.Ora tocca alla host , probabilmente non basterebbe tutto lo spazio x descriverla nel suo modo gentile e disponibile nel porsi al nostro arrivo,ci ha fatto trovare di tutto caramelle e giochi x nostro figlio,spumante,succhi, beni di prima necessità come pasta,sugo,the.IlU frigorifero riempito meglio di un albergo di 5 stelle.MANUELA una persona che penso non ce ne siano al mondo molte così premurosa,sempre disponibile anche se abita a distanza dall appartamento ma soprattutto amante degli animali cosa rara x chi affitta ci siamo sentiti a casa fin da subito ❤ MANUELA

Casa perfettamente pulita e ordinata con tutti i confort per un soggiorno piacevole. Cucina super accessoriata. La casa è in una posizione strategica per escursioni molto piacevoli e interessanti alla scoperta delle Valli di Comacchio, del Parco del Delta del Po ma anche per visitare Ravenna con i suoi fantastici mosaici, l'abbazia di Pomposa, Ferrara. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi dall'abitazione e Lido di Spina offre ampia scelta di locali per soddisfare ogni palato. Ringrazio Rita per la squisita ospitalità e il suo alloggio sarà per me un punto di riferimento per altri soggiorni in questo splendido territorio.

This was an amazing stay! Giancarlo, the host was very friendly and his place exceeded our expectations.The place was fully stocked with anything you would need to make yourself feel right at home. Not to mention it is minutes away from wonderful restaurants and shops. This was a 10/10 for us and really made our trip to Florence spectacular.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo. Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole. L'host è stata molto socievole e disponibile a dare indicazioni su cosa vedere e come muoversi in zona.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Ich war für 11 Tage dort, der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Sprachbarrieren konnten mit Google Translate überwunden werden, Daniela ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch und hat mir auch Tipps zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen sehr nahe am Strand der zum Glück im April noch nicht überlaufen war :). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man (ich) brauchte es fehlte an Nichts, besonders gut hat mir das Bett gefallen es hat eine sehr gute Matratze worauf ich sehr gut schlafen konnte :). Ich hatte auch Glück mit dem Wetter und habe sehr viel unternommen und es wahr für mich ein sehr schöner, toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut erreichbar, ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen und es fehlte mir an nichts, mein kl. Hund und ich waren sehr glücklich hier.
