We enjoyed the stay greatly, loved how close to the sea and restaurants the place is. Everything in the apartment was perfect, and Hristina was really helpful. Would do again, 10/10 😊

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

Wir waren 5 Personen und ein Kind für 5 Tage über Ostern in Neoi Epibates. Schon vor den Check-In wurden Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet und extra wünsche berücksichtig! Frau Vasiliki hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer! Sauber und stillvoll eingerichtet! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar bei Fragen!Wir haben uns wohl und gut umsorgt gefühlt!

Absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful flat was the perfect getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to local beach and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean, modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The look of the building is not as prestine as the inside but that didn't matter to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We met a wonderful lady neighbour who helps feed those 17 cats living in their parking lot😊( A dream for cat lovers like us). The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Angelina went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and provided us a welcome drink. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We extended our stay for another night and was charged a bit more for that additional night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Wir waren 7 Tagen mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und waren alle 4 sehr begeistert und glücklich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist wirklich groß. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und ein Café. Zum Strand sind es ca 2-3 Gehminuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner. Können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. In allen Punkten TOP.

Świetny Gospodarz, Sofia od razu reaguje na prośby i odpisuje na wiafomosci. Czysto, komfortowo, super blisko plaży, barów i restauracji. Miejsce do polecenia. Mieliśmy udany pobyt, dziekujemy.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The flat offers a beautiful view and is very clean, and the location is great. One thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy if you sleep on the sofa (there were some dance parties in the town), but the bedroom is much quieter. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Wunderschöne Lage. Der Strand war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Alles so wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Sehr netter Gastgeber immer freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Keine Probleme. Einfach ein wunderschöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen. Kann ich nur jeden empfehlen der ein schönes Häuschen haben möchte um Urlaub zu machen. Großen Anwesen für Kinder auch ideal. Danke für alles und das wir zauberhafte Tage bei dir in der Unterkunft verbringen durften.

Κεντρικό διαμέρισμα,, κοντά στην Νίκης και την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους. Πολύ κοντά σε πάρκινγκ, πιάτσα ταξί και στάση λεωφορείου και μετρό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχο και η διαρρύθμιση πολύ καλή. Εξαιρετική η επικοινωνία με τους υπεύθυνους.Όλα ήταν καθαρά και περιποιημένα. Σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας πολύ καλή. Μόνο το στρώμα μου έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι έχει αρχίσει να παλιώνει ενώ καλό θα ήταν το πάπλωμα να μπαίνει σε παπλωματοθήκη και όχι μόνο πάνω από ένα σεντόνι που εύκολα φεύγει από τη θέση. Γενικά όμως το διαμέρισμα άφησε πολύ θετικές εντυπώσεις μ

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Close to the sea restaurants, pier etc. Pavlos was an amazing host that will go out of his way if you need something. We will be back next year...

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

The place is so amazing with a beautiful view to the sea and the house was lovely and cozy and can’t describe how lovely and amazing the host are, she was one of the best host i stayed with, I really recommend staying with her you will not regret it 🙏🏻❤️

Que dire... appartement super avec une terrasse incroyable, beaucoup mieux que sur les photos !! la vue et vraiment chouette vue sur la mer d'un côté et de l'autre vue sur la rue principale avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin à vos pieds !! plage, barre, restaurant et boutique souvenir. L''appartement était super propre, les draps les essuies de bain tout sentait super bon et il y avait bien plus que le nécessaire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et de plus le propriétaire et super sympa... Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Sofia war eine fantastische Gastgeberin – stets erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und unkompliziert, was uns von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft selbst hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. In Wirklichkeit war sie sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der traumhaften Aussicht auf den Hafen von Thessaloniki. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – super zentral und alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen – alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Jacuzzi und die bequemen Sonnenliegen auf der großen Terrasse – perfekt zum Entspannen mit Blick über die Stadt. Unterm Strich war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Daire çok temizdi. Maria harika bir evsahibi. Çocularıma ve bize küçük süprizler hazırlamıştı. Evde ihtiyacımız olan herşey fazlasıyla vardı. Evin konumu muhteşem hemen önünde deniz, ihtiyacınız olan herşey çok yakındı. Tekrar gelip o muhteşem balkonda günü batırmak için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Die Wohnung von George war exakt wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft. George war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat umgehend geantwortet. Der flexible Check-In mit der Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert, das war sehr wichtig, weil wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit einem Stockbett. Der Esstisch ist in der Küche verbaut und muss herausgezogen werden. Das hat gut funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht die neueste, aber es ist alles gut in Schuss. Wir können die Wohnung und auch George als Vermieter jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

From Theodoros picking us up at the airport to the end of our two week stay, we had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, fully stocked, and literally steps from the water. At the end of our first week, Theodoros dropped off clean linens, towels, and fabulous Greek pastries! This was in addition to the bottle of wine and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator upon our arrival. The hosts thought of everything that anyone would need when vacationing. The sliders from the living room and bedroom open onto a balcony with spectacular views of the Aegean. You don’t need a car because there are fantastic restaurants and shops just steps away. I hope we’re able to return, and if we do, we will be booking with Theodoros!

Whoever is still hesitating to book this place, i can say just book it, you'll have 0 regrets. This place was perfect, and everything about it as well was just perfect

Magnifique appartement traversant avec vue plongeante sur la baie de Thessalonique. La sortie se fait sur la promenade de la plage. Restaurants et commerces sont tout près. Nous étions en septembre et nous n’avons eu aucun problème de parking. L’appartement est très bien agencé et meublé. C’est très calme. Urania et Chara sont très accueillantes et vont au devant de nos besoins. Nous avons adoré notre semaine.
