The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and was completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2023.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Die 150m2-Wohnung befindet sich in Innsbruck-Wilten. Sie verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, ein separates Esszimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, ein separates WC, einen großen Eingangsbereich, eine Loggia, und Abstellräume. Aufgrund der Größe und Aufteilung eignet sich die Wohnung für bis zu fünf Personen. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes die Parkettböden knarren.

Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Das Vollholz-Haus liegt mitten in Igls, dem gemütlichen Stadtteil von Innsbruck, im südlichen Mittelgebirge. Das Haus ruht charmant zwischen den alten Obstbäumen unseres Gartens, der Wohnraum ist lichtdurchflutet und großzügig. Vom ausladenden Süd-West-Balkon aus sieht man weit ins Oberinntal, im Osten fällt die Morgensonne herein und man sieht den nahegelegenen Patscherkofel, den beliebten Innsbrucker Hausberg.
