ECONUT FARMHOUSE Econut farmhouse is located on the Palani to Kodaikanal road, about 16 km before you reach Kodaikanal town. The farmhouse is conveniently located next to the road, yet hidden from view and private. It is in a quiet area with very few houses around, and in the midst of an organic farm. There is a panoramic view of the valley below, with the plains visible for about 200 km, on clear days. Our caretaker couple will attend to all your needs, including preparation of meals.

Levinge -An Offroad Homestead with Mountain View

Levinge Homestead is located at 3kms from Mother Teresa Women's University in Kodaikanal. It's in a gated community and part of a calm neighborhood. The view from the cottage is spectacular with Mountain ranges and vegetable farms. The cottage is directly connected to the bus route where the government buses ply six times a day. There are two spacious bedrooms with attached toilets, spacious living room and kitchen. We have Cloud Kitchen, FSSAI registered, a healthy food option for our guests.

MANASLU -- Home On A Hill

Mananslu is a cosy brick cottage, about 5 km from Kodai lake in Attavampatti. The two bedroom cottage can comfortably host 6 adults or two families with small children. There is a large lawn which makes Manaslu a perfect place for those who love spending time outdoors. Pets are welcome at Manaslu as long as they can get along with the resident caretaker's dog... Do get in touch if you would like to spend a few days away from the pressures of the city and just come and feel the environment.

The Artist is our smallest and cosiest cottage, ideal for up to 2 guests. It is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and a few steps away from the stream which runs through the farm. All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.
