This total Charmer was the original Idahome of the author, Wilson Rawls and is themed after his literary classic written here, "Where The Red Fern Grows." This cutie sits right in the heart of town on a beautiful tree lined street - convenient to downtown, hero arena, hospitals and shopping. This cozy little home is located in Idaho Falls, close to shopping and entertainment, as well as both Idaho Falls Hospitals for traveling medical professionals. Extremely family friendly, with a playroom and a large fenced in back yard. Conveniently located for trips to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Island Park. As well as close to ski resorts; Kelly Canyon, Jackson Hole, and Grand Targhee. Disclosure: Due to a medical condition I am unable to host any animals.

This cozy numbered street house is centrally located near Downtown Idaho Falls .There are many Boutique shops, local eateries and bars in downtown . Like Big box stores? Sam's Club, Walgreens and Albertson's are also close by. So many other things to do! Short distance from the Snake river green belt, the Falls, Snake River Landing and the Idaho falls Zoo. All of these locations within a 3 minute drive. Ample driveway with plenty of space to park 3 cars.

The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.

The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

It is close to Bear World, Heise Hot Springs and only 85 miles to Yellowstone National Park and 90 miles to Jackson Hole Wyoming . Kelly canyon ski resort is about 20 minutes away and Grand Targhee ski resort is an hour and fifteen minutes away !
