Beautiful home! Spacious and clean, perfect for my group of 5. The plentiful decor was tasteful and living room is cozy with large couch. Location was quiet and private, conveniently near a Bonus, and close to major highways. The space is well stocked: Whether you need laundry related products, extra pasta sauce, quality coffee machine, etc you can find it. Would highly recommend for a cozy stay, truly like a home away from home.

We make a family trip and it was the best place for stay those days! Peaceful environment, the house was super clean and completely prepared with everything! You just need go and relax. Lovely and cozy house :)

Asta was so helpful with local recommendations, and her house was clean welcoming. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The sauna and hot tub were great for relaxing. The location was perfectly central for exploring the Reykjavik peninsula.

The house was spacious, clean , tidy and we felt at home. All amenities and description were the same as in the advertisement in air B&B. Nice neighbourhood and easy to walk to the supermarket although we had a car. Definitely recommend to others Kjartan was a great host before and during our stay . Iceland is a lovely country.

We had a great time staying here. Its fully equipped place with all the comforts one need. Deanne is always quick to respond to any query/request. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! To be that close to the nature/sea is just awesome. We even had a seal showing it‘s head a few times just in front of us.

The barn house was beautifully built and decorated with spectacular views. The skylight windows were perfect for watching for the northern lights. The kitchen had all the basics and some extras like a nespresso machine and pods. We enjoyed cooking there and using the hot tub. The washer and dryer were super helpful. It was a great launching place for the Golden Circle. Stokkseyri is a cute little town with a great local pool. The turf house across the street was fun to explore as was the beach on the other side of the turf wall. It is very near Bakkahestar for highly recommended Icelandic horse rides with a local couple on the beach in Eyrarbakki. Nearby Selfoss has anything you need including an amazing fish market Fiskbud Suderlands for great prices on fresh caught local fish. Kristinn was very responsive and we loved our stay!

Great house, very clean and easy to find. Host was extremely quick in replying and helpful. Would recommend as a base if exploring Rekyavik and south Iceland!

Great stay in Reykjavik. We enjoyed the location as it was convenient to get in the city center and venture outside of the city as well. The host communication was clear, and the space was pretty spacious.

A pesar de que llegamos tardísimo el primer día, no hubo problemas para entrar en el alojamiento. Sorprendió gratamente lo bien equipada que estaba la casa, y especialmente la cocina. The perfect apartment for a trip to Iceland! It was about an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for the Fly Bus connection and 10 minutes to city center. The apartment was clean and spacious with all you could need. The comfortable bed, walk in shower, and starter goodies were highlights! Lloyd and Raggi were communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at Ketill’s studio apartment. Would stay there again. The location is fantastic (right in the heart of downtown Akuryeri)

Jón was a wonderful host, and we enjoyed staying at his place immensely. The place was clean and inviting. He even let us check-in early as we had an early flight, which we appreciated greatly. He was kind and his instructions informative. We had a fabulous time staying here.

Helga’s place was very nice and clean! It was close to many great restaurants and attractions. We didn’t cook any meals, but it seemed to have what is needed to cook your own meals if desired. Having a garage parking space was a huge plus! Helga was very responsive and friendly! They gave great instructions on how to find their place and where the garage was located! We recommend Helga’s place!

perfect place to stay near the airport. we saw the northern lights above the house after midnight which was a great experience. clean spacious and very well equipped.

Apartment was comfortable, spacious, and pristine, situated in a great location. Also minimalist and nicely designed - like photos. Was easy to communicate w Hordur, who was a generous host. Would return!

Super communicative! Gave us an early check in as our flight had arrived earlier than intended- was always fast with response! He even gave recommendations when asked and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay! Super nice and highly recommend- I’d stay again if I came back :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum, schick und modern eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist da. Es war sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist natürlich ein Highlight, welches wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken genossen haben. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Really nice place to stay in Selfoss! Not a commercial apartment but rather a place that Irena and her family actually stay - really warm, cozy, and spacious! You can find everything you need; also a great place for kids!

Hronn and her husband were fantastic. After a red eye flight, we were hoping to check in early. After reaching out, Hronn said we could check in at 10:15am! This was AMAZING! We actually happened to meet Hronn and her husband at the door and they were lovely people. Her husband even pointed out some things with the door to the parking garage. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a great time. Appreciated the flexible checkin/checkout with lockbox, local tips, and great communication. Cute place with everything we needed. It was just as described and worked well for our family.

This was our favorite location during our 7-day trip in Iceland and we had a wonderful stay! The views from the cabin are breathtaking, the surroundings are very peaceful and secluded, and we were lucky to see the Northern Lights from the deck/living room. The host shared clear instructions to find the house and check-in, and a detailed list of amenities before our stay so we could plan accordingly. The cabin was clean, well-heated, and ideally located to explore the South of Iceland (approx. 45 min from Vik and 2h from Jökulsárlón). It wasn't an issue for us, but the cabin might feel be a bit tight for 4 adults (we were traveling with 2 children) and the bathroom access is through the bedroom. You can hear some light noise from the next door cabin. Also, the closest store is in Vik I believe, so plan to eat or get some groceries beforehand.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! We loved the location — it was quiet, but still really close to everything — and the view of the water was beautiful !! The space itself was lovely - clean, open and airy, and had all the basic things we needed. Also— for the parents traveling with young kids— we used the crib, high chair, and was perfect for small kids. Would stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for Christmas and New Years! The location was perfect for going in and out of town to look for the northern lights and still close to the city center for shopping! Hradnildur also gave us a list of recommendations which helped us find the hidden gems!
