駅から近く、周辺に飲食店などもたくさんありととも立地が良い場所でした。 部屋も広く、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。

The house is very welcoming, location was great, very close to the train station, restaurants, and shops a walking distance, the staff are amazing, very friendly, specially Sunny, thank you fot the great stay.

It was a really nice place if you want a peaceful staying. Though the washing machine fail to work, the host is helpful enough to pay us using the laundromat. This is very great

We are a group of 3 and Jay’s place is perfect for us. Peaceful neighborhood, walkable to train station, 2 stops and you’re already in Shinjuku area. The 2 bedrooms are spacious even with huge luggage. Every corner of the house is pristine clean. Bathroom and toilet are separate which is a plus. Basic amenities are provided towels, toiletries. Kitchen is working perfectly and you can prep your own food as u like. The best part is Jay (host) is very responsive and checking is from time to time. Had requested for possible early check in and he accomodated it. Would highly recommend this air bnb and would love to stay again !

we loved the apartment alot it was super comfy and felt Like Home our main phrase from our crew was "adachi is Home" and we would realy like to stay longer because those days just flew away like crazy. Ontop i have to say our host was always so generous and helpfull for every question we got even before we moved to the apartment the response time was always super quick which was very impressiv. i can realy recommend this Apartment we had a great time and missed nothing and even If there was something missing our Host provided it almost instantly. Mon séjour chez Asama a été merveilleux. cette chambre ce trouve à peine a 20 minutes de marche de la station de train Ikebukuro, qui permet de rejoindre les autres secteurs de Tokyo très facilement. Asama a été une perle; elle me donnait toujours des recommendations pour rendre mon voyage à Tokyo le plus mémorable qui soit, a toujours interagi avec moi avec le grand sourire et fût une hôte exemplaire. Il est sûr qu'à mon prochain voyage à Tokyo, mon premier choix sera ici! Merci Asama!

Sacchi's place was very spacious to accommodate our family (17pax). It was clean and easily accessible via tram and train. We enjoyed how homey the place/area was. Our view from the kitchen/dining area was AWESOME because of the cherry blossom tree right across the house, which was a huge bonus 😅 Overall, we had a great vacation thanks to our great host Sacchi, who was always responsive to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place to big groups traveling to Tokyo.

とても綺麗なお部屋でした。 掃除も行き届いており、地下にカラオケルームがあるのも良かったです。 立地も川の目の前で海も近く、自然豊かでしたが、徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout. 昨年にも訪問させて頂き、2度目の訪問です。 15時過ぎにはチェックインして、静かな環境でゆっくりしたかったのですが、急な仕事が入ってしまい、チェックインが22時頃になってしまったので、あまり満喫出来ませんでした。また、機会があれば訪問させて頂きたいと思います。

the place was spotless and clean, definitely had an amazing stay here. soundproofing isn't the best but it is one of the more enjoyable stays i've had.

Our stay in Japan has been incredibly immersive, and choosing to stay in this neighborhood rather than a hotel was definitely one of the best decisions we made. Again, thanks for hosting us Hiromi. Really enjoyed our time in Japan.
