Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

Private entrance and bath, minifridge, microwave, coffeepot, Queensize bed and view of sunsets over the Intercoastal. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO BALCONY OR OCEAN VIEW FROM THIS UNIT. Welcome to Nova Beach Cottage, the guest house on the oceanfront estate of famous sculptor, Mihai Popa, a.k.a. “Nova”. Located on the south tip of North Hutchinson Island directly next to the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Garden and beach path a few steps from the cottage. Screened patio from bedroom.
