With incredible character the cottage has been tastefully turned into a cozy place for a restful stay. The property sits on a 6 acre homestead with expansive manicured gardens to roam and has direct access to fishing, swimming, kayaking or exploring along the river’s edge. Pizza cooking facilities, fire pits and plenty of seating dotted around the grounds.

We are situated 1 hour drive from Hobart, on the Huon River Estuary. The ambience of the property is a secluded, rural, actual waterfront acreage. Guests may enjoy the pebble beach and rock pools together with the private jetty for fishing. We have a secure fenced area adjacent to the chalet suitable for well-behaved pets. The Studio sits within a beautiful 30 acre rural block and offers wonderful mountain and valley views from both your lounge and bedroom windows, just 40 minutes from Hobart and located a short 8 minute drive from Cygnet. Please be aware we are not located on Bruny Island.
