The location is great, close to everything. Really clean home, felt very homey. Plenty of room. Nicely decorated. Jessica communicates well and was very honest about the condition of the home. There was a small issue from a previous guest and wasn’t able to be fixed prior to our stay and she made sure to tell me about them before she booked us even though the items were not a big deal at all. I appreciated that. I can’t wait to come back again and will tell my friends and family about this nice location.

I had such a great getaway! Dev and Claire were the absolute sweetest and their Airbnb was an added bonus! They were so communicative and did check-ins with me to make sure things were alright. The space was spacious, quiet (outside of some street noise and sounds from nearby tenants), clean and perfect for my solo trip to DTLA. Down to the washer + dryer, comfy bed and AMAZING shower. I have no complaints! I hope I get the chance to book with them again. Everything was within walking distance or a short drive from the stay, the security guards were nice. I felt safe the whole time. I didn’t get to experiment the pool unfortunately (I opted for a beach day instead). TLDR: 10/10, will book with Dev and Claire if I ever find myself back in DTLA. 😊😊

The apartment was spacious enough for a family of five. a split floor plan with two separate bathrooms and a half a bathroom in the foyer. Beautiful design, updated kitchen and all the rooms were roomy enough for all of us. My wife and I loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Close to Universals and walking distance from a restaurants around the apartment complex. definitely would recommend for larger families.

Stayed here for three nights to visit friends and check out Nintendo land at Universal studio. The apartment located at the center of Hollywood walk of fame with lots of comfort food options all in walkable distance. The apartment has a really nice pool, hot tub, and a sauna. If you are a sauna fan, don’t miss that! The apartment is only 15 mins away from the universal studio. So, highly recommend anyone who’s planning to visit those places to stay here!

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.

This was a great place to stay and a great location. Very close to the beach and pier as well as other fun things to do. Highly recommend Nicole's place for anyone looking stay in redondo and see the surrounding LA attractions.

Great place, great experience - so great that I extended my stay multiple times, I was in no rush as this unit quickly felt like home. The perfect balance of necessities for an enjoyable stay: a very clean apartment, a quiet neighborhood, plenty of natural light through wall-to-wall glass sliders with a great view, a nice back porch and seating area, ample space for living and working, a beautifully renovated kitchen that is well equipped, comfortable furniture, and all the necessities for an extended stay. In addition, Michael (Ming) was a gracious host and was always available but never intrusive. While it is rare to find just a few of these attributes, with everything needed to make you feel right at home, this is a rare find and a hidden gem. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone visiting for any length of time, but especially for an extended stay.

I cannot say enough about my stay here. I stayed here while being displaced from the LA fires and it has been a home away from home during one of the hardest times of my life. Laura is so kind and generous—she did not price gauge at a time when many are. The location in Santa Monica is totally central and a great place to stay if you are visiting LA. Her place is fantastic. Super quiet, very comfortable bed, amazing kitchen to cool and the shower is EVERYTHING. I will always be grateful to Laura and my time here. She couldn’t be a better host 🙏💗.

I try to avoid staying in hotels, especially for longer trips. This place turned out to be the perfect alternative. The neighborhood is quiet and has a peaceful, residential feel that made it easy to relax. The home itself is comfortable and spacious. Having a designated parking spot right in front was a huge convenience! Paris is a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay and would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

Fantastic place. Great location, close to UCLA campus with major stores, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and many restaurants and coffee shops, all within minutes of walking. Property is beautiful, as described and very well maintained. Everything works and the level of amenities leaves little else to desire. Host was not only very friendly and responsive, accommodating an earlier check in, but when the evening before I announced I will be in LA earlier due to a snow storm, they inquired whether I have a place to stay and offered to help. All in all, an outstanding experience and when in LA next time, I will spend no time looking for any other place.

We loved our stay here. We could see the pier and beach from our balcony. It was very quiet for sleeping. The condo is very spacious and had all the necessary items in it. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff were very friendly. There are lots of beach chairs and umbrellas you can use We hope we can stay again.

Love this place. Dealing with Arturo and Abel is very easy, they are extremely communicative and are always really friendly. We stayed here a year ago and just based on our experience, decided to stay here again and weren't disappointed, as expected. It's in a great area, with lots of great food options in walking distance and just a fantastic view out of the balcony. Place is very clean, Arturo and Abel are very quick to respond with any questions and yeah, not sure what else there is to say... stay here!

Bobby was an excellent host who promptly addressed any questions we had. The home was incredibly welcoming, clean, and comfortable upon our arrival. The cleanliness was impressive, with tidy spaces that made us feel right at home. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was conveniently close to restaurants and a shopping center. The home matched the images provided in the listing. My family had a great time and would highly recommend this place to others!

Great place in West Hollywood, close to many of the touristy places. Street is busy but no issues with navigation. We enjoyed the pool and sauna.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, and so many little touches that made the stay more special as we discovered different details. The view is amazing and seeing the Disney fire works made for a great surprise when they suddenly appeared in the distance. The house is very comfortable and I commend the host. A three minute drive up the hill and you have a great hiking trail. We saw deer and other wild life. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and airy, the beds were comfy and the sauna and hot tub really hit the spot. The pool was also perfect for a “cold plunge” after the sauna (we chose not to heat it). The backyard was a perfect hang out spot and we decided to hang out here instead of going to town. Also enjoyed the local Farmer’s Market. The toilet paper was also super nice!

Run, don’t walk to Zenice!!! This place is even more magical in person. It has everything you could want and more! Truly one of the best stays we’ve had on a family trip. This place has something for everyone—board games, nintendo switch, electric bikes, sauna, hot tub, large projector, and well-stocked kitchen supplies! We were able to comfortably cook meals, have friends over, and walk to many nice spots in the neighborhood. It made for an amazing family spring break✨ Can’t recommend Zenice enough!

Wonderful inviting home. Host thought of nearly everything you could ever need in a home away from home. Felt like a kid again with all of the arcade games also. Host was responsive with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Will definitely book again when we travel to the west coast!
