I absolutely adored Sharon's place and didn't want to leave. What an adorable, cozy, tiny home nestled in the woods. The decor was so charming, and there was pretty much anything you'd need, including an outdoor hot tub. I needed a getaway just to de-stress from life. This house and the surrounding area were just what the doctor ordered. I stayed 4 nights and it wasn't long enough. Sharon was still at the airport returning from being out of the country, yet she still was available when I reached out and she connected me with her cleaning lady, who was able to help. The house is basically in her backyard, a guest house set away from the main house. When a small issue arose with the fireplace (which turned out not to be an issue after all), Sharon was right there helping me within minutes. The distance to the Delaware canal towpath is walkable. New Hope, Lambertville, and Frenchtown are nearby. Everything was spotless. Sharon was lovely and kind. I will definitely be back one day!

Our stay in the Boathouse with our pupp was so great! While the parking was a little tight, once we made our way to our little private oasis it felt like we were in our own little world by the river. I loved the breakfasts they served — clearly made with love — and they kindly accounted for dietary restrictions. The charcuterie board was a delicious way to settle into our arrival and the presentation was beautiful. While the weather wasn’t the best for the holiday weekend, it was a really nice getaway for our staycation. Overall it was a peaceful and serene experience and I highly recommend!

I stayed here for my sister and I’s birthday. It was a lovely airbnb with an amazing view and great amenities. You can see the beautiful waterfront view from the kitchen or while you’re taking dip in the hot tub. We used the grill to make a delicious birthday dinner and grubbed by the fire pit. There were many games and the comfiest couch for a good movie night! Downtown Easton is only a couple minutes away filled with cute shops and cafes. Thanks Briana for helping us make our birthday a great one! ☺️

We had a great stay. The farm was so beautiful and our pups really enjoyed the fenced in yard. Very relaxing and private. Highly recommend! We enjoyed meeting the caretaker that lives on the property.

If you're looking for a roomy, quiet, and very comfortable place to stay, this is the place. You'll have an entire ground floor of a two-story home all to yourself in a friendly town. Fiona made sure I had everything I needed in the kitchen: appliances, pans, utensils, hot pads, coffee makers, etc. If you want to cook, there is a great grocery store just down the street with everything you'll need. The bathroom was exceptional, with body wash and shampoo provided. The bedroom was large as well, with plenty of storage for clothing. The bed was comfortable as well, with extra blankets if needed. Entry was a breeze, using either the front or back door, and a dedicated parking space right behind the house, which is literally one block from downtown restaurants, coffee shops, the bookstore, and other amazing shopping opportunities. There's a post office nearby, which makes it easy to mail things home rather than try to squeeze them into your luggage. I'd loved it and would recommend it!

I stayed here with a small group of 6 other friends over Easter weekend, and it was truly the perfect getaway. We were greeted by the friendliest goats upon arrival — such a fun welcome and they're SO CUTE! — and immediately felt at home as soon as we stepped through the door. The house itself has a unique artistic history and is overflowing with charm. Every room has its own eclectic character, full of cozy touches and thoughtful details. We loved spending an evening in—cooking dinner together, relaxing in the hot tub, and hanging out by the fireplace. On our second day, we drove to Holland Ridge Farms for their annual Dutch festival and tulip picking (highly recommend!) and then wandered around New Hope and Lambertville, which are both adorable and full of energy—great shops, cafés, and plenty to explore. The location was ideal, the vibe was spot-on, and it was such a refreshing change of pace for our group of creative professionals from Brooklyn. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful long weekend at this Airbnb. The hot tub was perfect with a nice view of the stars. You can't tell from the photos, but there is a peaceful little stream that runs next to the property, which was a bonus. Worth noting that there is a steep hill down to the stream and no fence, so anyone visiting with young mobile children, keep an eye on them. Downtown Lambertville and New Hope are both walkable from the property, which was amazing! The street gets some fast traffic, so just be careful walking about 100 yards down the street before you hit the nearest sidewalk. We had a stroller, and it was no problem during the day, but we were extra careful to be sure the cars approaching could see us. The house was so adorable and well decorated! The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The bed in the largest bedroom was comfy, and the AC kept us cool on a humid weekend. I would definitely stay here again and give this place a great rating!
